Positive Experience
I’ve had a great experience using StockX. The platform is easy to navigate, and I really appreciate the authentication process that gives me confidence I’m buying genuine products. Shipping was smooth, updates were clear throughout the process, and my item arrived exactly as described. The market pricing system is also a cool feature because it makes buying and selling feel transparent and fair. Overall, StockX is a reliable marketplace for sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Disappointment
The shoes I received were as I can tell just fine. However, the overall quality has fallen. I have resold shoes on this site for years and multiple times have had sales rejected because of a damaged corner on a box.
The shoes I received had a box that looked like it went through WWII the entire top was caved in as well as every corner damaged. For a company that forces sellers to sell while stating their product is in new condition this is highly disappointing. The shipping box I received the shoes in was 100% fine with the encased bubble wrap not being damaged as well. Clearly showing that the person who reviewed these shoes passed an inspection of these shoes with little to no care of the standard set for sellers.
Just wish I never got charged in the past for someone as basic as a nice looking box not beaten up.

Your cancellation policy is terrible, even though a seller missed the shipping deadline you still did not allow me to cancel. I will never make another purchase through your company again. Untrustworthy and unprofessional by not following your own rules.
