Stockx has my stuff and refusing to pay me for it
I sent them an item which was delivered to their warehouse on the 31st of march 2026… it’s now been over a week and I still haven’t received any updates or payment for what I sent them… they keep spinning me in circles, saying that they’ve escalated the issue to their “senior team” and that I should expect an email within 24-48 hrs but obviously I have not heard back from them or been contacted by anyone. Don’t waste your time with these people and had I known they practice bad business I would have never wasted my time… I mean just look at their trustpilot reviews

Received an empty sealed box for my 1000$ order. After 10 days of reviewing the case they finally told me that there is nothing they can do. So much for the “buyers promise” guarantee

Loyal customers aren't worth a dime
I’ve been a StockX customer for over five years and have ordered more than 130 pairs during that time. This is the very first time I reached out to customer support — and unfortunately, it has also become the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company.
I purchased a pair of Air Max 1 PE ”University of Oregon”. The sneakers arrived without the Oregon Ducks hangtag, with a damaged box, and with the usual questionable Nike quality control issues (which I don’t blame StockX for).
Since the pair is rare and I got it at a reasonable price, I wanted to keep it and simply requested a partial refund to cover the clear verification mistakes.
What followed was a weeks-long back-and-forth that honestly shocked me.
The first five replies were nothing but copy-and-paste templates, the kind of messages any cheap bot could generate. And when I was finally connected to a so-called “Senior Specialist”, I was offered a $30 partial refund or a full return — an offer that doesn’t even remotely reflect the real issues or the loss in value.
It became painfully clear that this company has zero interest in finding a fair, mutual solution. They would rather force a full return, even if that means StockX loses more money, instead of providing a reasonable partial refund and valuing a loyal customer.
As a Product Manager myself, I understand customer experience and customer value — and StockX has demonstrated neither. I was always recommending StockX to friends as a reliable platform, but this case proved that they only care as long as you never have a problem.
If you do — and you expect compensation — StockX delivers the most unhelpful, rigid, and customer-unfriendly support I’ve ever encountered.
Would not recommend anymore.
I give them a ZERO
I give them a ZERO. I ordered a hoodie from them and they change the order to shipped , then two days later said cancelled. I go back to the producers and it’s marked up $200 more dollars than what I paid . What a shady company, you cancelled an order to price gouge another consumer.
They advertise stock that doesn't exist and then search for it once you've paid the exorbitant cost
Ordered a pair of shoes from them and over a week later nothing has been dispatched despite saying seller will ship in 2 days. Cusotmer services tell me the original order failed because the seller didn't ship it and now "prices have gone up" and no seller will sell them for the same price. Allegedly they were trying to find another pair for the same price. Of course nobody will sell for the same price because their business model is demand driven. They claim they can't control this. At no point did anyone update me on this- the only reason I know this is because I chased it through customer services when the tracking link stopped working. They didn't agree that they should have contacted me to update me and basically said eventually I'd just have been refunded. To be clear- they advertise stock that doesn't exist and then search for it once you've paid the exorbitant cost. Little more than theft.
They charged me $300 for the item and…
They charged me $300 for the item and sent me broken, damaged sunglasses. All they could say was, "That's impossible."
Never buy or sell anything with them.
Terrible company that scams both buyers and sellers.
They send me the wrong item and they are keeping the money.
I ordered some shoes, they send me the wrong size, when I returned them, they said that they can’t refund me the item because “ we can't confirm the item you are trying to return is the same as the one we shipped” when it was exactly the same one that I received. They are scammers. They stole my money. Be careful when you purchase with them.
Not sure if I'm one of the lucky ones…
Not sure if I'm one of the lucky ones going off of the reviews but DHL delivered my package and the trainers are definitely correct.
Fast, safe and effective service from all parties.
Customer Service just doesn't care
UPS lost the trainers I sold via StockX. UPS were happy to refund if only StockX opened a case with them as I couldn't open a case as they were theor customer in this exchange. StockX refused to open a case with UPS as they kept stating the drop of store was not an official UPS drop off site when it listed on the official UPS website. Their laziness cost me over £250+ as I lost the trainers and no refund from UPS as StockX didn't care. It makes no sense as the only thing StockX would have lost was a little time to raise the case which UPS already confirmed to me was their fault and would be rectificed had they done so. Customer Service was like talking to brick wall. They lost themselves to a loyal customer as I use Ebay now who provide much better authentication, products and customer service.

And the helpdesk don’t help . I am a loyal client for years , was buying 10-20 pairs a year. ALL GO TO GOAT NOW !! They are better in verification, and have better service desk, will never buy any shoes at StockX anymore

I don’t understand why theres alot of negative issues here. But what i have experienced w StockX is different… I have bid Jordan XXVI(26) last year and i won it with the amount of £90 plus shipping cost even though it came to US they never charge me for duties and taxes but they straight away charge me on my PayPal its very rare Jordan series and its been verified.

Pathetic
Pathetic, no stock. Take your money, pretend it’s in stock and hey ho, sorry not in stock here’s your money back. Absolute waist of time and they’ve made a bit of money on interest on your money while they’ve held it in their bank account pretending they actually have stock. Absolute pathetic losers.
They stole 315 Euros and refused to help me
I ordered a pair of shoes through (worth of 315 Euros) and when I received my order, and opened the package, the package was completely empty (just dust bags inside).
I complained with StockX and they refused to help me since I signed the package upon receiving it.
I complained with Dpd and they said that the only person who can raise a complain is the Merchant (sender).
I talked back to StockX.com and they said that it is not within their terms and conditions with Dpd (what does that even mean?) to raise a complaint and completely refused to help me.
Unbelievably unfriendly customer care team. I completely lost the money.
Waste of effort
I placed two bids on trainers entered my card details and waited, one evening I get an email. Your card details are incorrect. No, they’re not. Then the next morning I get an email letting me know that my bid timeline had ended.. I was under the understanding that if no one else bided they would automatically sell them to me…. Please correct me if I’m wrong….. but if I’m not wrong why did that not happen? when I went to have a look at rebidding the prices had gone way up…. I feel that that was a tactic to get more for the trainers…
You are gambling with your money by buying from StockX
I bought some trainers and ups delivered them in error. They took a photo of product in another persons property.
When I called ups they said they were in the wrong and to get stockx to iniate a claim.
Stockx refused to do this on 3 separate occasions saying that it was against their company policy!
After getting legal advice they are in breach of the consumer rights act 2015, consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2008 and e commerce regulations.
What this means is their customer “service” is just to bat you away, and that by trading with them they treat you like dirt!
