Been using them for 3 months. All had been great. One day though 3/6/24 had an interruption of my trading experience. It really bothered my mojo. We emailed back and forth and I believe it will not happen again. From what I gathered, they had something happen that caused them to use chatroom 2 out of nowhere for something other than how I had been using it at that time just listening to the squawk and ticker readout. I thought someone hijacked chatroom 2. Really caused my thought bubble to become all squibbly. The squawk and readouts went silent and someone threw a chart on the screen and started talking about some trade he was making. Not going to knock any stars for a single day where something happened to them. It's really been great except for this 1 day.
