While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. I was dollar cost averaging out of certain stocks and I didn’t realize this: Stockrover was STUCK, not reflecting my trades, so showing a distorted summary of my portfolio.
Since the trades were incremental, I didn’t realize for months, my portfolios on Stockrover.com weren’t accurate.
This happened twice .
The first time Stockrover admitted it was their mistake, after not responding for 2 weeks.
See what happens now - I will update this Stockrover review as needed.

American companies great. No so for other parts of the world

I pay for the top tier subscription. The information you get for the companies is really good if they are north american. You can dive very deep in their data.
The screeners are really good with lots of possibilities to narrow down what you are looking for. Their valuation system of stocks is good although I am much more interested in the bare metrics and not their number rating.

What I do not like at all.
If you are in Europe it is snail slow to load and it has been for many years. I guess they have their hosting in the US because it is really painful to navigate from Spain where I am bases. I have 1GB up and down fibre connection so I know for sure it is not on my side as it usually flies with 99.9% of sites. Not with this one.
Also, they have wrong values for european companies. They have nothing to do with reality. If you are after a european company check yahoo finance or similars that with give you up to date data. Not the case with StockRover.

Again if you operate mainly with US or Canadian stocks this might be one of your best bets and a good price. If you want are in Europe or want to track european companies there are much better options out there.
