Always had good experiences with Stockmann. Friendly customer service and I've always received all the orders within few working days.

Disappointing service

Disappointing service. As the most expensive makeup brand in the store, you’d expect professional and welcoming staff; however, the employees at this specific counter were quite rude and unprofessional. It was definitely not the 'top of the line' experience I anticipated.

Can't use a gift card in online shop…

How is it possible that in 2025 they do not allow you to use a gift card in an online store?! This is the only place I've encountered in a long time that has this policy. I'd love to hear their reason why.

Overpriced selection and tacky staff

Overpriced selection that doesn't even reflect in quality. Same products can be found in better stores in Helsinki with way better prices. The store is stuck in a weird elitist mentality, thinking very clearly they're better than others which reflects in their customer service too. If you don't show up in a fancy suit, the staff is likely to look down their noses at you and try to get rid of you. Trash poorly disguised as luxury. Maybe it's time for them to move over for better things.

Stockmann is such an amazing department…

Stockmann is such an amazing department store,,, my favorit one 🙂
I absolutely love browsing through it. there's just something about the atmosphere that makes shopping there so enjoyable. While the online shopping platform can sometimes feel a bit slow and navigating through promotions might get a little confusing, I still find so many fantastic items that make it worth it. Plus, their customer service is always friendly and helpful, which adds to the great experience. Highly recommend visiting in-store

I love Stockmann for abundance of…

I love Stockmann for abundance of quality clothes and very stylish boots that I regularly shop here every time fall is upcoming or spring is upcoming.
Recently bought a pair of Dr.martens for a very good price like slightly above 130 euros and it's a good price for this pair compared to other stores.
The only thing I don't really like is navigation, its' not very convenient, but this is a miniscule drawbacks that I don't even want to count as a drawback :) All in all I am pretty satisfied with my experience.

Terrible support

Terrible support service and unreliable delivery in Helsinki. I ordered a birthday gift, which instead of claimed 1-4 days of delivery took 8 days. Upon asking support what was going on, they only managed to respond after 20 days with a lame "sorry not sorry" excuse.

It is impossible to resolve any disputes with this retailer. Bought an item from the webshop back in January and have been trying to return it since 17th of May. Wrote to Stockmann.com a week ago and haven’t heard anything back for a week. Customer service in Estonia is just as bad-extremely slow and dismissive as soon as you try to return an item. Avoid this retailer at all costs!

Stockmann is a ok department store that…

Stockmann is a ok department store that offers a wide variety of products and excellent customer service. Their online store / app is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it ok to shop there. The staff are always helpful and willing to answer any questions, which is a huge plus. Overall, I would recommend checking out Stockmann.

No packaging

Expensive handpag came with no protective packaging - no box nor dust bag.

I've recently visited one of stores and I have to say that I loved it. The selection of clothing and houseware brands is great! I would highly recommend those stores for everybody.

Super bad customer service

Super bad customer service, never answered calls and took almost a week to get an email reply from them. Seems like customer service doesn't work at all. Ordering via Budbee but can't return, very bad and inconvenient service.

Regularly does not have stock after ordering

Ordered from the Stockmann sales, but as has become all too familiar, after a week of not even attempting to process my order they cancelled it saying there was no stock. This has happened as often to me as successful orders with this being the eighth and last time. Their in store experience is ok, but I would advise against ordering online if you don't like to be regularly disappointed.
