POOR QUALITY - NO REFUND
I was really disappointed with this stocking kit. The yarn quality felt rough, lacked any twist and pulled apart easily. Over the prev few weeks, I sent pics/video to the owner Meredith, on 4+ emails, since i could only get 10-18 casting stitches before it broke. She informed me it was due to user error, tightness, since I was new to knitting (7 prev stockings completed). So I took the yarn down to our local senior center knitting a club. They were appalled at the lack of and non-existent strength of the yarn.
So I again, let Meredith know, requesting a refund. She stated, since the pattern downloaded, not printed like all other kits, there was no refund. I offered to take a partial refund paying for the download. I now have not had a response in over a week.
