Dear Stockex Academy Team,

I have gone through your response, in which you are claiming that I violated your protocol. I would like to clarify that **at the time of joining the course, I was never asked to sign or agree to any document stating that I was prohibited from posting comments, reviews, or feedback during the course period.**

I joined your academy on 29 July and paid INR 3,500 for a two-month course. During this period, I raised several genuine concerns regarding the quality of the classes, whether the sessions were meeting my expectations, and the lack of timely responses from the mentor/coordinator, even when messages were sent during working hours.

I also clearly communicated to your team that if the quality of the classes and support improved, I would be happy to share positive feedback. However, instead of addressing my concerns, you have removed my access to the course because I posted my genuine experience on Trustpilot.

Please understand that a student who has paid for a course has the right to raise genuine complaints and provide honest feedback about the service received. A negative review should not be treated as a reason to terminate a student's paid access, particularly when there was no written agreement or clearly communicated condition prohibiting such feedback.

If you believe that I violated any specific rule or protocol, please provide me with the **exact terms and conditions that I agreed to at the time of enrollment**, including the clause that prohibits students from posting reviews or comments during the course period.

My request is simple: **restore my access immediately and allow me to complete the full two-month course period for which I have already paid**, including the promised study materials and recorded classes.

If a student raises a complaint, the appropriate response should be to address the complaint and improve the service—not remove the student's access after receiving payment.

If you continue to deny my access without providing a valid contractual basis, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels and, if necessary, submitting a complaint to the relevant authorities in Kerala for clarification and appropriate action.

I hope Stockex Academy will resolve this matter professionally rather than forcing me to take further action.

I joined StockEx Academy last month with the expectation that I would receive proper mentor guidance and support from the team. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

There is no proper mentor support and very limited team assistance. Recently, all the recorded videos suddenly disappeared from my account without any prior notice or explanation. I tried contacting the representative through WhatsApp and regular phone calls, but I did not receive a proper response.

I paid INR 3,500, and I honestly feel that I did not receive the level of service I expected for that amount. Much of the educational content is already freely available on YouTube. If someone is paying for an academy, I believe the main value should be proper mentoring, guidance, doubt clarification, and ongoing support.

If you are considering joining StockEx Academy mainly because of a lower price, please do your own research and ask about mentor support and after-sales assistance before paying. In my experience, the support has not met my expectations.

This is my personal experience and opinion. I am sharing it so that others can make an informed decision before spending their money.

My experience with StockEx Academy has been very disappointing. I joined expecting proper guidance, live support, and timely clarification from mentors. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

They seem to believe that providing a few videos on their channel is enough to justify the course. But most of the basic information is already freely available on YouTube and other online platforms. The real value of a paid academy should be proper mentorship, live interaction, doubt clarification, and timely support.

Unfortunately, there is no proper live support when we actually need it. Even during the working hours, when we raise questions, responses are often delayed or not provided. After the stated support hours, there is practically no support at all.

When I asked for clarification from the assigned mentor, I was simply redirected to someone else, and even then, I did not receive a proper response. This is extremely frustrating for someone who has paid for a course expecting professional guidance.

I initially thought the lower course fee was a good opportunity, but I now feel that I fell into a trap because of the attractive pricing.

If you are a beginner and considering joining StockEx Academy, my advice is to research carefully before paying. A lot of the educational content is already available free on YouTube. Before spending your money, make sure the academy can actually provide the level of live support and mentorship that they promise.

For me, the biggest disappointment is not the course content itself, but the lack of proper student support and doubt clarification after joining

Online Trading was one of the goals I had set a while ago, but i had no idea where to start, so this past November I came across an Advertisement for StockEx Academy on Instagram. The knowledge I gained after that was very valuable. As a beginner, i was able to understand Forex Trading clearly from the beginning to the advanced level. I express my heartfelt gratitude to Adnan Sir and his team for their efforts for this.

StockEx Academy provides clear and practical trading guidance. The teaching style is easy to understand, focused on real market execution, risk management, and discipline. The mentors are supportive and explain concepts well. Overall, it has been very helpful for improving my trading confidence and consistency.

look im gonna be real, i was skeptical as hell when i signed up ive thrown away so much money on trading courses that talked a big game but taught me basically nothing and dont even get me started on those mentors who ghost you the second your payment goes through.
stockex totally different experience the supports been solid from the start. anytime im stuck or something doesnt make sense i can actually get help from someone who knows. what they're talking about and the way they teach is just normal like no unnecessary complicated terms just to sound impressive they break it down using real charts and examples that actually make sense.
what really got me was how hands on everything is you're not just sitting through boring theory they're showing you real strategies explaining the risk reward stuff clearly and actually showing you why things work the way they do my tradings gotten noticeably better and i already passed my first funded account challenge now im going for round two with a bigger account
if you're sick of courses that make things harder than they need to be, just try stockex its been a breath of fresh air for me
