I find opinions on Stockchase rather useful
I follow the updates from Allan Tong first of all, besides there lots of updates from other experts there. Highly recommend this source.
I finally got my refund.
Alter many emails a text messages my refund request was finally processed. They could have made things easier.
Trial account cancellation troubles
I ordered the trial account. Cancelled in 3 days because it is complete garbage. Supposed to be a money back no questions asked trial period. No response to my 3 emails and no credit back on my credit card.
Garbage.
Money not refunded within the trial period
In response to their promotional email, I subscribed to StockChase with a 60 day trial period on 26 May 2023. As I found that I had not enough time to go through their transcripts, I sent an email to cancel my subscription on 24 July 2023.
They never responded, nor they refunded my money. I sent a reminder again on 15 Nov 2023, and again, they never responded, and so far they have not refunded my money.
They have no phone number to call, nor any physical address. All you have is one email to contact.
NO PROPER AFTER-SALE SERVICE
Signed up for their services paying $111.87 about 2 weeks ago. I forgot the password and when clicked "Forgot Password", they sent an email with the following message "If you wish to generate a new password, please click on the link below. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you". SO FAR NOTHING HAS BEEN EMAILED. I CHECKED MY SPAM FOLDER AS WELL. REALLY POOR SERVICE
Great Refund Policy
Made a mistake subscribing and contacted Stockchase immediately, as the promise a full refund of cancelling within the first 60 days. Stock jade refunded my monies the very same day I contacted them. Thanks for the great customer service Stockchase.

Great interaction for the few times I needed support and enjoyed receiving clear, actionable emails that I was able to tweak to as soecific or narrow as I needed.
Immediate response
I messed up with my subscription and emailed them more or less immediately.
As soon as they opened for the day I had a response, was given options to resolve it, and the problem was sorted out
StockChase Review
I’ve used StockChase for a couple of years now and have found the daily updates to be very helpful in building my portfolio and identifying “nuggets” for my watchlist. A great resource for investors at any level.
Had to contact support twice in 2 years and can’t say enough about the timely / professional service that I received…AAA+++ all the way
Just outstanding customer service
I have been a subscriber for 2 years but unfortunately i needed to cancel my subscription and to get a refund. I anticipated a rough ride as i had agreed to automatic renewal and didnt cancel in time.
To my delight and surprise, the responded to me in less than a day. I explained that my circumstances had changed for the worse and needed to cancel.
The response was an immediate "sorry about your problems and I will issue a refund immediately". The refund was in my bank account this morning.
Just a completely wonderful experience that i wanted to share with those that are thinking of joining. Thank you Jerry
Not a good experience
Not a good experience. Although it was as easy as pie to sign up and provide credit card number in the beginning, with 2-month trial, it felt like mission impossible to get refunded in the end.
It's not for me to judge why (whether it's a way to make more money, or just difficulty keeping up with demand), I have no idea, but have done free trials with other companies in the past, and none have been like this.
It's too bad because it's actually an interesting service (just wasn't relevant to me), but based on my experience, I wouldn't feel confident giving them my credit card number.
