We at Carlton Junior & Infant school had our Mugga done by STM and I have to say the customer service was on point from start to finish. I got in touch with Lee who was very quick and efficient. Lee arranged a meeting with us and he came to visit us with Ste. They are both great lads and did an excellent job. We have had no problems at all. The response to any queries I have had was quick. I would definitely recommend these guys and we would definitely use this company again if we had any more work that needed to be done. 5 star all the way.

We have worked with STM on a couple of occasions. They are helpful and responsive during the design phase and their on-site teams are helpful, professional and have a no-fuss approach which is much appreciated.

STM have been maintaining the courts at Wylam Tennis Club since 2018. In the past three years we have been having some moss treatment from STM to combat the moss problem that we have. The treatment has been very effective and when it was done this year the committee received a number of really positive comments about the condition of the courts.

We found STM to manage our schools 3G pitch following a botched repair job from another (well established and recognized company). STM came out to site immediately, gave an honest diagnostic and a fair price for the work.
Since then, we have contracted them to maintain our pitch on a regular basis and have seen the improvement to the quality and condition of our facilities.
Great company and happy to be working with them!

STM installed a new MUGA and shockpad at a school in Surrey as part of a games area upgrade.
The work was carried out efficiently and to a good standard and the site left clean and tidy.

STM recently replaced our tennis court surface for us and we’re thrilled with the results. The refit was completed on time and we were kept informed throughout. The finished courts look great and playing conditions are a huge improvement from what we had before.

STM has maintained our tiger turf tennis courts on two occasions now and have done a great job. Steven really puts the effort in and knows his stuff!

Lee worked closely with us throughout to ensure that our new school MUGA complied with the necessary regulations and is of a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished result is exceptional - a sturdy finish which enables 500 children to play on it. Our only complaint is that now we could use another!

Chris is very knowledgeable and made the planning process very straightforward, also ensured we got the most out of our school fundraising for this project! The guys on site were amazing, worked efficiently and carefully every day and finished on time despite challenging weather. The end result is better than we imagined, we are absolutely delighted with it and would highly recommend STM!

I wanted a professional service by a company that I could trust & guaranteed their work, I had to look no further than STM...they communicated throughout the project and made the whole experience stress free from start to finish. I would highly recommend them, if you want your turf to look as real as possible these are the guys. You may get a quote cheaper but take the risk that they set the drainage up correctly, finish the work on time and doesn't crease after 5 days and product not made in china. I even have trees cut in which make the effect amazing

We have dealt with Synthetic Turf Management for over 10 years. The standard of workmanship and after care is second to none. Lee Struwig our sales manager ensured that work was timetabled and in place before we broke up for the summer. Even though we had bad weather the Nursery yard was completed and ready to use for the children coming back after the summer break. Both our KS yards have sythetic turf laid. They are regularly maintained and haven't lost their colour or vibrancy. We have having some more work done over the summer holidays 2024 and look forward to working with STM in the future.

Our project at Wylam Tennis Club was to lay a synthetic turf carpet on top of our 13 year old tarmac surface. In mid 2017 we started to talk to a number of contractors including Synthetic Turf Management and from the very beginning we found Synthetic Turf Management to be very informative and responded very quickly to our requests for information, and they visited our site on a number of occasions, before we signed contracts, to advise us on some of the details that they were recommending. We chose Synthetic Turf Management to do the work and signed the contract in early 2018. The work started in March and even after some rain delay the project was completed in early April. As one of the people at Wylam Tennis Club who managed the project from their end I found that things went according to plan and that there was good communication throughout and no residual problems. Now that the project has finished I’m very pleased to be able to say that everyone I’ve spoken to in the club about the new courts think they are fantastic. Based upon our experience of the courts and the service I would recommend Synthetic Turf Management to anyone for work of this kind.

We are absolutely delighted with the MUGA that we have had constructed by STM. The whole process was easy and staff were readily available to support us in what we were hoping to achieve. They also gave good advice about planning permission and Sport England's requirements.

The fitting was tricky in difficult, wet, soggy and cold conditions, but the team managed to succeed and the finished article is greatly used by all of the school community.
We had some issues at the end regarding the re-landscaping, but this was sorted out in the end.

From start to finish STM have been excellent to deal with and helped me enormously from the beginning of my project to the final competition. Any questions I have had have always been dealt with quickly and STM have always done exactly what they said they were going to do. I have found the company to be very honest and clear in everything they have told me. I am so happy I used STM as the MUGA looks absolutely fantastic, the attention to detail was impressive and it will make a huge difference to our school. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending this company.

The Sports Lighting Company have been working with Synthetic Turf Management in partnership since we where founded and we have worked with them as a lighting contractor on some large scale projects such as Northfield's School in Billingham and recently Quarter Green. STM's professionalism on site really stands out and they complete every project to the highest of standards.
