This is the 4th month in a row that I …

This is the 4th month in a row that I did not receive my Lantiseptic cream again. I used to love this company. On my 6 months renewal my Dr. marked it as always. St. Louis Medical said it wasn't, but I have seen all of the copies that the Dr.'s has. So they faxed more forms prescribing it. One was received by STLMS on April 6th and they denied receiving it, so another one was faxed to them. They called me to apologize because they found the one on the 6th and the one following it. They promised me I would be receiving it this month and I didn't again. So in the meantime I was suffering from chaffed skin and skin breakdown. I've seen copies of all paperwork faxed and verification that it was received. There's no reason for them to skip any month. My mother was able to find a place that sold her a Jar to help with the pain. I've tried over and over again to register on their website, but it won't accept any emails password. So I have not been able to register and fill out a Ticket. I could wait and call except my anxiety is through the roof right now. I always loved the company until they have kept dropping the ball on me for months. I feel as if I have just fallen through the cracks. My Medicaid company said that they did not turn the Prescription down or denied to pay for it.
