If I could give less stars I would. They charged my account early depleting it and even though returns have been made they haven't refunded any money. Customer service has been unhelpful

I love Stitch Fix! Stylish and durable clothing right to my door!

I feel like you continue to play it safe and also carry old item.or try to sell them to people for too long! I feel like I give input but no one reads it.

I like that you have free returns and that it’s easy. The only thing about returns is I wish you could go and return something if you pre-bought it on your website. The stylist was great. I feel like the quality of clothing is good.

Good fits and picks except have gotten very similar items several times.

I repeated ask for some dress clothes, I ask for a white Butten up shirt several times. Too many short sleeve shirts with winter coming, I didn't like that. This second order nothing fit, I think what would help this company, would be to read all the notes of the sizes, I wear a large shirt, you sent me shirts that were way to small. Another thing that I wonder about, why would you ask me for my measurement's, which I gave 4' 10 inches tall Santa Clause belly and then click "see it on me" and there's a 6' tall 140 guy wearing my pants and shirt. Just didn't make any sense to me!!! Lastly, Way too many causal looks for me, I love to dress up when I go out for dinner! Yes, and price to high when compared to Kohl's clothing store. This is as honest as I can get based on to shipments!

Stitchfix did a nice job understanding my style and making great recommendations.

I loved it! First, I was asked questions for my stylist who Listened! kept 2 pieces, asked for a smaller size on one and sent 2 back.
It was easy, and I was charged a lot of money for just LOOKING at the choices of outfits. They are charging me enough money to buy a capsule from Stitch Fix maybe two.
Since I live in Key West, I need summer spring clothes not winter. So Stitch Fix wins agin since my stylist listens to me and sends clothes I like. The quality of the clothes is great, lined dress, cute tops that extend my clothes that still fit after my weight loss.
Anyone considering a dress app to use Stitch Fix for a great product at a reasonable price.

Great stylist! Did a great job on picking what looked good on me and fit. Price is still difficult for me, but overall it was good value.

My experience with StitchFix has been excellent. The stylists are responsive, sending sometimes surprisingly interesting products I might not have tried otherwise. Prices are about what you would pay retail, with varying, but usually good quality. The system is somewhat rigged toward getting you to buy everything sent, with a discount for doing so substantial enough to act as an incentive.
StitchFix is convenient for the woman who doesn't have the time or inclination to go shopping, or just wants some assistance getting some closet options.
Recommend it for those reasons, if you have disposable income. The clothes are not cheap. Expect to spend $300-$600 on an average Fix.

I love the clothes and the idea of a capsule, I love how they coordinate with other items that I already own. I’m a touch frustrated this time that I asked to avoid a black jacket, 2 rounds of feedback before it was followed.

The last stylist really got my taste and understood my style.

My stylist makes great picks and suggestions. I love getting a preview so I can select pieces ahead of time and then get a few surprises. The prices are sometimes higher than I would prefer, but the quality has always been worth it. I like that I can receive 8 pieces and still get the discount if I keep 5 or more.

Not sure we got the right match. I kept 2/5 but was only excited about one sweater. And it was a bit pricey. Trying one more time: this time I only chose one… we’ll see what the matches are.

I am SOOO happy, beyond words, I am 84yrs old, and petite, ...it has been trying, beyond words, to obtain clothes in my size in shops around me...Stitch Fix was told to me by my daughter and I finally have clothes that fit, a company that cares. The Service is fabulous, clothes make me comfortable, and have given me confidence in how I look...COMFORT mentally -- I like to go out now. Thank you and God Bless

Has prices and styles that are reasonable and that are exactly what I love and suits my silhouette and figure perfectly plus the buy now and pay later options are helpful!

I’m a busy mom who works full-time, i do not have time to shop snd i enjoyed my fix

Love Stitch Fix It’s nice to get outfits that are right in your wheelhouse as well as a piece or two that might make you step out of the comfort zone a little. Fit has been mostly great I’m between sizes in jeans depending on how much they stretch out after wearing for a while. Sometimes pricey but can easily send back I’ve only had two shipments so far so I am anxious to see the third in December.
