The clothes/items received are always a good mix. I've never had a box where I didn't keep any of the items. This means I essentially don't need to shop for clothes anymore, which is perfect for me. T... See more

Passed over all my OH details to…
Passed over all my OH details to outfittery without permission. Will be reporting to trading standards
Got told you handed over my data
I got told by outfittery that stitch fix had passed over all my personal information after I contacted them regarding an email they sent me to say my order is on its way? I haven’t ordered from stitch fix for years so how is this even legal to hand over all my personal information including my PayPal details without my consent or knowledge?!!! This is disgraceful and looking at the outfittery reviews, I am not alone in this matter and think legal action might need to be looked into
Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Brilliant website. So sorry to see this end in UK. Clothes fit brilliantly and the stylists listen to what is needed. Xx
i have never had a bad box from stitch…
i have never had a bad box from stitch fix. the stylists have always kept my profile and preferences front and centre and have always picked clothes and accessories that complement that. The clothes are very good quality and there is a fantastic range of brands/designers and different styles. I defo feel more confident now in my style. I am gutted that they are closing their UK operation.I doubt i'll find another styling company that will meet their standards and my expectations.
Jumble sale- I've been a loyal…
Jumble sale- I've been a loyal customer since they began. They are closing down so therefore thought it appropriate to send me any old clothes left in the cupboard. There was zero thought put into them and most were styles from at least two years ago. Very disappointing. Don't be tempted by the promise of 70% off, you won't be styled, they will just send a hotchbotch of clothing no-one every purchased.
What a shame it ended like this
What a shame it ended like this. I thought the service was great; good clothes tailored to my tastes. I was disappointed its closing but happy to go one more time especially with the discount. However it's now ten days after my scheduled delivery. No clothes, no replies to emails and no other way to contact the company. They're clearly struggling to fulfill the orders. I'm trying to cance my order and get my £10 back but I'm not holding my breath
Just taking the p now
They sent me a load of old rubbish in the pre-closure fix - ranging from small size to extra-large size - nothing like I'd asked for either - and then refused to refund the subscription fee. They're just trying to get rid of their old stock now and their customers are paying for it. Massive rip-off.
Cancel your fix!
They sent me a box with four items of clothing all at least two sizes too small and a pair of shoes I’d already had in the last fix and kept.
I asked for the styling fee to be refunded as they’d clearly made a mistake by sending me the wrong sizes, or said I’d be happy to accept a new fix wit the right size. I got an email back saying they couldn’t do either and that was the end of it. Now they’re not answering my emails.
Extremely poor customer service. If you’ve got a fix booked I’d cancel it as it’s a waste of money
Disappointing
Have used Stitch Fix for about a year, getting a delivery every 2 months. I kept everything from my first box, but after that I found I was getting summer clothes in Winter (strappy dresses/jumpsuits), lots of boxy cardigans and they stopped sending me branded clothes when I discovered I could get them cheaper directly. But, I always bought something from the boxes. I scheduled a last fix for this week, and I didn’t get the usual 10 items to pick from-instead I got a notification that my parcel had been shipped and from what I can see on the App, it’s not what I asked for, and I’m even getting a dress (strappy again!!) that I’d previously sent back because I didn’t like it. Blatantly getting rid of stock which is so disappointing. Was hoping they’d go out on a high.
This is a real shame as I really loved…
This is a real shame as I really loved all my previous fixes and used to at least keep 2-3 pieces. I know they are closing in UK and I suspect most of their “stylists” have gone. But my last ever box wasn’t looking like the ones before, ie no special message from stylist and suggestions how and what to wear with it. I had pink beach style shoes in autumn ? Two ill fitting jumpers. So sad it wasn’t the fond goodbye I would have liked. Thank you to those stylists before as they got me. I think now it is just the warehouse throwing in my size.
I read the review about clothes not lasting and I have to say I had a pair trousers which could only be washed at 30c but wasn’t that clear on the label. They looked washed out? And from a dress, made the buttons holes larger due to design. Finally a jumper bobbled but mostly I was satisfied
Love Stitch Fix
Gutted they’re closing. Quality items and whilst don’t always hit the mark for me I can’t fault the labels and customer service. However I have made a purchase from every box, totally the labels I would normally shop from and some new too!
Tried Lookeiro and they are abysmal in comparison.
It's been good, but a disappointing ending
Sorry to see them go from the Uk. I have had some really well-fitting clothes. Only one stylist continually got it right however, and that was someone called Emily, whom I shall never know. Good luck, Emily! The last fix I received a few days ago; I was offered no email preview for. I was just sent 5 items, none of which were expected or any good, & seem to have been chosen by a guy in the warehouse. However I have been charged £10 for clothes I did not choose to be sent...they were in fact items I have always ticked 'would not wear'...eg summer high heels (am 5'9" and never wear), summer shorts, flip-flops in a colour I said Indisliked (and Ive had my one week holiday for this year; no flip-flops wanted). It was all stuff I asked for not to be sent. I know they have to shift their stock, that's fine, just don't charge me £10 and then I have to send the whole lot back. My app now says I am due a fix on '7th August' and as we are at end September I don't know if I will be charged or not or if there is more items coming?. I do feel our relationship has come to a disappointing and messy end (as well as leaving me out of pocket!)

Terrible quality
While I really liked many of the items delivered the quality was so poor not a single piece has lasted more than a month or two.severe bobbles, holes, lost shape and general wear. Primark clothes last better. If these were bargain prices I wouldn’t mind but they aren’t cheap and I was trying to avoid fast fashion and invest in a good wardrobe. Nope might as well have bought cheap rubbish would have lasted longer. So disappointed
Brilliant final fix
I ordered randomly from Stitchfix (usually 1 or 2 items per fix with deliveries ad-hoc) and I was due a fix in October but brought it forward due to them closing. My final fix was perfect! I will wear all 5 items and I was so pleased to get them for such a good price. Such a shame we are losing them in the UK.
Don’t bother with a final fix…
Was a customer for a while but then stopped getting fixed, but saw they were closing and decided to have a last fix as was offering 70% off. The box I received had two items I already had and some I had returned. I wasn’t happy about this and emailed Stitchfix who basically said there’s nothing they could do and they won’t be refunding my Styling fee ‘final decision’ quite abruptly, even though no styling has been done at all just a bunch of own brand clothes chucked in to get rid of them before they close.
A shame really as I did enjoy my fixes. Now I’ll be saying good riddance not goodbye!
Feel a bit gutted
Feel a bit gutted. I know they are closing and i do understand but first i couldn't choose from 10 items, than the items i received were triple of my budget, no styling cards, some of them were definitely not my style or my colour. I feel very upset. I feel like they don't care because they are leaving the UK, I didn't feel like i would like to keep a singe item. This was supposed to be my birthday present :( I'm sure i have provided enough info for them to pick something nice that would go nicely with my style too.
So very sorry to lose stitch fix
So very sorry to lose stitch fix, I’ve been a customer for over a year and I have got used to having some assistance when choosing clothing. Definitely grieving the loss already. The team were always so helpful and professional, good luck to all and thanks.
Stole my money and won’t let me spend my credit!
Have been a customer for years. No issue. A month ago they took my £10 styling fee. Supposedly sent me a box on 4th September, due 9th. Was never received by Evri. Stitch Fix can’t work out amongst themselves what happened - one employee said dispatch in 48 hours, another said dispatched two weeks prior! I have asked time and time again to SPEAK to someone rather than just email. Nothing. Asked them to send me a replacement fix as I’m out £10. Nothing. Apparently my query is with a “specialist team”. Funnily enough, it’s happened just as I happen to have £75 credit. Makes me suspicious that they just don’t want me spending the credit as they will be out of pocket themselves. Absolute joke.
Excellent again
I can’t believe it but I got another 5 for 5 - genuinely lovely clothes in colours I love. My preview was the best ever - I could happily have chosen 5 items from it but I like a bit of surprise. I felt the box was tailored to me - not one item which didn’t fit etc. I am aware I am panicking a bit at the idea of having to go shopping again! I looked back at the clothes I have bought from Stitch fix and only 1 item has not been worn very very regularly. I think I’m grieving a bit.
Was due to receive a fix yesterday!!
Was due to receive a fix yesterday!!! Still no dispatch information and no response from customer service! Yet they took my styling fee last week! Bitterly disappointed
