Wanted a few things from this store for my birthday. Ordered them, no confirmation or any contact for a month. Emailed them multiple times, never got a reply. Had to comment on an Instagram picture to get their attention. Blamed the mail system in Canada for me not receiving my shirts/jackets in the USA. Love the clothes but so disappointed I was never able to get them. Filled a claim on PayPal to get my money back.
