I used STI for a Urinary Tract Infection test, which they did via the Doctors Laboratory. This is an important medical test and they were completely UNresponsive. The lab confirmed the test was completed on tuesday and by friday they still had not provided the results. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to calls or e-mails.
I had a really great experience at this clinic, it's a very nice place felt really comfortable, i had the STI tests and received my results on the same day. Thank you so much

Took a little longer than expected however, when I emailed about it a member of staff chased it up for me and I received the results later that day. Would have been better if the results were received in the time frame specified.
