Unresponsive and takes your money

They didn’t have everything I ordered in stock and sent me a message about that after I paid and I immediately answered that I didn’t want my order at all then. The shipping is very expensive so it’s pointless to make a small order. But they ignored me and still sent the few remaining items 2 days after I asked them to cancel the order, resulting in me having to pay 35$ in shipping for items I didn’t want. I’ve sent them about 5 messages over 2 weeks but I haven’t received any answer or my money back. Haven’t received the order I didn’t want either. I’m gonna file a complaint to my creditcard but as for now, seems like the shop just took my money and ghosted me.
