I’ve ordered £64 of electric burners from you
And
First excuse was you lost me on messenger
2nd excuse they came broken to her
3rd supplier sent then to me never got them
4 th was when I asked for a refund she had problems with her account
5th said she’s been to bust to refund , so I’m contacting my bank , I’ve also found out that she’s has done this to others , I’ve reported your page and next step fraud team .
Should of refunded me 🤣

Ordered some tubs of this company sent the payment over on the 27th June still not had any response! Scammed me out of £27! Which might not be a lot however to my small business it is. No response after numerous messages. Hope it does not happen to anyone else!

Update 16/07/24: after communication via Facebook, it appears emails were down in this time. This wasn't shared anywhere so no way of telling, but have since been offered a full refund and replacement of the incorrect labels. Thank you.

Ordered some stickers which arrived in good time (within 6 days of ordering), however they had someone else's information printed on them, deeming them unusable. I have contacted twice by email (on day of delivery, and 4 days later to follow up) to try and gain some support to rectify, but have had no response to either email, after waiting a few days between.

Great service, site is easy to navigate and everything on same page which is great.
