It’s fine I didn’t realize it wasn’t normal tape. That’s my fault for not reading.
Quality has fallen off somewhat with this product. Colors are not as vibrant and the images are not as crisp as they used to be.

Probably a lack of attention on my Part however, I did not realize that this tape required water to make it work.
I love the packaging tape I received from Sticker Mule. It adds a professional look to the packages I ship. The tape does work well with warm water using the provided sponge, but for added quickness, I reccomend purchasing a BetterPack tape dispenser with heater.

We love Sticker Mule's packing tape. We have been ordering it for 2 years now with no problems. Easy process to upload art, review proof online, and always get it delivered on time. Fast turnaround and a quality product. With Sticker Mule we get full color, kraft packing tape for the same price or less than 1 or 2 color tape from other printers. Couldn't be happier!
