Complete shambles
Both submitted orders paid for. Then canceled by production. Revised order was incorrect (10x larger), we missed the extra 0 in the proof, and then had to pay for the completely unusable order. Took over 1.5 months to finally get a partial refund from the unmade order, still waiting on the revised order. Utter shambles

The proofing stage is a critical step to ensure accuracy before production, and we rely on clients to carefully review all details before approval. As a goodwill gesture, we have offered to reprint the stickers at the correct size and had it delivered 30th of December.
Regarding the refund, it was processed prior to the long holiday weekend. Delays may have occurred due to the public holiday, and we’re happy to assist if you need help verifying the status.
Our goal is always to deliver high-quality products and avoid wasting our customers’ time or money. We appreciate you sharing your experience.

Do not use this company!! My business cards were cut crooked which look terrible!! I had to get them reprinted as was on a tight schedule and was only offered a store credit. I don’t know how a company that offers business cards can cut them 3mm off even, surely in this day and age there is a tool that can produce an accurate business card.
