"I ordered a White Engwe P275 ST (£1,140) on 16/03/26. Despite the website claiming it was in stock with a delivery date of 23/03/26, the company has been completely silent.
They ignored multiple WhatsApp messages, texts, and emails. My order status sat as 'Unfulfilled' until the payment status eventually 'Expired' on their system. Because they failed to capture the payment, my bank held £1,140 in 'pending' for over a week, preventing me from buying elsewhere.
It is clear they are advertising stock they do not have and have zero interest in customer service. Do not trust their 'In Stock' labels. Save yourself the stress and the financial limbo—buy from a reputable dealer instead."

I must be the only one but the service i got was shocking ! I ordered ENGWE BIKE they took my money and had no stock to fulfil my order sent countless messages via type service on site to just refund the money ,so I could go else were , and get what I was ordering ,they held my money back , kept sending me messages to order something else , wasnt interested only wanted the bike I ordered , as the bikes discontinued and most retailers have limited stock , by holding my money back we lost the chance to obtain the bike I wanted elsewhere ,i tryed phoneing but the no on there site is discontinued / disconnected , dont recommend them at all ,first off shorely you shouldn’t be advatizeing stock you don’t have , secondly you shouldn’t be taking funds for stock you don’t have , and when the customer explains in first message i only want the item ordered if you haven’t got please refund my money to allow me to order elsewhere , you shouldn’t be holding our money back for you to keep chanceing a sale on something else , not great way to treat a customer approaching you for business , appalling dont recommend

I'd originally ordered the engwee p275st but the gentleman i was speaking to( a chap named jesus)told me it was unfortunately was out of a stock however he recommended the p275se as an alternative so I thought why not and ordered that and i must say I wasn't disappointed it's a lovely looking bike fabulous to ride and copes easily with the hills that are in my area battery life is remarkably good so all in all I'm really pleased with the bike delivery was only a couple of days and the guys who delivered it were both polite and very helpful all in all a great experience shopping with stick tree and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone shopping for an ebike

Ordered e bike and got delivered only to find the ebike handke bar was bent. Rang and was dealt with by a guy named Jesus. He dealt with the problem swiftly and got ebike replaced and collection of 1st ebike asap. Thank you Jesus

I have bought two of these bikes enguie ep2 pro thay are well made I haven't had any faults so ever the customer service is second to none exceptional good feedback knowledge of the product and swift responce I recommend ths brand and you get a lot of bike ror the money

We ordered our bike( DYU mini) on Christmas day and was delivered on the 28th December.
Last week it incurred a fault, Jesus at stick a tree was very helpful with helping us resolve the issue and keeping us upto date with deliveries of parts from DYU.

Our bikes arrived today, we look forward to trying them out, Jesus and his team were great and kept us updated..

Ordering was easy and item arrived well packaged and undamaged i ordered on the friday and it was a bank holiday on monday so delivery was behind schedule the bike is as described and works well how long it lasts will tell in due course but seems well built and solid climbs while peddling and throttling so im happy with it so far

This was my first e-bike purchase, and the help and guidance received from Stick a Tree was outstanding. The price charged, after applying a 'welcome to our community' voucher, resulted in the best price by far, for the particular make and model of e-bike I purchased.

No issues at all upon purchasing the Engwe engine pro. First time using stick a tree and I'll gladly use them again. The website is very easy to use and all the products are well listed with enough information regarding the product. Payment was quick and easy and delivery was pretty fast. I ordered my bike on a Thursday, it was dispatched Friday and arrived the following Tuesday. The order arrived in excellent condition, extremely well packaged and no issues upon building and using the bike.

I couldn’t ask for more. Item arrived bang on arrival time and in perfect condition.
A great price as well.
