I would give no star if I can. EXTREMELY tiring, annoying and lacking status update (unless I contacted customer service after a LONG wait). I've tried many online shopping services from many different countries and this is really shame that known to be one of the top customer service county, this is ridiculous. I wanted to cancel my order but then I waited as I was told that it was going to be restocked within a week or so.

Based on customer service, I was told "We are only waiting to receive the following item(s):

- Waffles House Square Neck Knit Top (expected date of restocking: February 14th)
- Marianne Ribbed Ruffle Knit Top (expected date of restocking: February 14th)
- Berlin Pleated Pearl Ribbon Blouse (expected date of restocking: February 14th)

But when I reached out again yesterday, now I'm being told it may take another whole month. Never experienced this at all and unfortunately I do have to use my credit after canceling my order so I may have to experience this AGAIN. If you want to order sweaters, just go ahead and order in summer time so you can get your order in winter time. Hope they really step up or at least make their website with actual information on the status.

It was a tiring experience to shop at sthsweet.
For my first time I purchased five article from the website. After several days they sent me a partial refund with an email to let me know that two items were out of stock. I thought it was okay but then I waited again two weeks only to receive another email saying they only shipped two items and the third one will be shipped separately later.

At that point I was tired of all the complicated measures. I don't want to purchase something then get told later that it's out of stock or that only half of the articles got shipped and the rest will follow later. It's a very weird shopping experience which discourages you from using the website again.

But if you're okay with the possibility of waiting a long time and maybe not get what you wanted then it's okay I guess? : /

I love the range of items here and always tempted to buy everything. Only thing is delivery to Australia is not very quick (2 weeks minimum from order date) - they do communicate well if there are delays but you wont expect this delivered within 2-3 business days so not suitable if you want anything urgently. I have purchased 3-4 times from this website and have been happy with all items.

The products were exactly as I expected, and the shipping was cheap and on time. I have no complaints, and I would definitely consider buying from this site again.

I really want to request for a refund, however I am currently studying for my exams. I was expecting average quality material at the very least, however the clothes (especially the blouse) is so itchy. I can wear it on for a maximum of 3 minutes in discomfort. Very bad experience as I paid over 60 dollars for this set, it is pretty but the quality is very bad.

You guys sent me a wrong product one time. And the quality which i ordered wan’t good. But overall i like the style and some clothes are really satisfied.

Hands down the best website I have shopped on! The customer service is absolutely incredible, they respond to questions and concerns quickly (usually within a day for me) and are always very kind and helpful. Once I emailed them about receiving an item in the wrong color with photos attached and they refunded me without any questions; another time I ordered an item out of stock and they contacted me to refund the order right away! Shipping is quick and hassle-free. I cannot overstate how much I love this company; their professionalism is outstanding and I will 100% continue to place orders with them.

This smthsweet is my favourite Korean clothing site. It's affordable and quite fast with delivery. I've been shopping there for almost two years and I am glad that they have a decent amount of clothing brands which I can chose from. They have new arrivals which come in everyday that are always 5% off.

Fast shipping and great customer service!!!! I had to change a size on one item and I emailed them and they got back to me fast and I got all the items in 5 days

The express delivery was quick even though it was the christmas holidays.

Something sweet is my new online favourite. I have known the site for so long but was always skeptical to order since I was so afraid to pay for additional customs duty which are very high and i have experienced with other Asian sites—I am from Quebec,Canada.

To my surprise, I was very satisfied with my order as it came within 2 weeks, shipped expressed and no additional charges upon arrival —even way happier since the units I ordered are exactly the same as in the gallery. Material wise, they are very good quality products as well.

Will definitely order again and test their shipping standards. :)

I was a loyal customer for many years but have not ordered anything for almost half a year now. I used to love the clothes but I started getting big misses where the sizing charts were wrong or the quality was poor. I am 5ft tall and weigh 100lbs. It makes absolutely no sense that some of the small sizing is too tight on me while other smalls are much too large. I was also upset over the quality in recent orders, some clothes were of very stiff cheap fabric when the style is advertised to be flowy. I am also upset with the customer service. When I wanted to return a product back due to quality issues (note that there was no defect in the sense that the product arrived with a giant hole, but the quality of the clothing was not worth the price point, this is important because sthsweet keeps insisting that there was no defect and ignoring the issue that the quality is of a bad fabric), they were unable to accommodate any form of compensation for the return shipping. I returned a dress costing $80CAD and I ended up having to pay close to $30CAD (almost 40%) for the return. Now I understand that the customer should pay for return shipping in instances where the customer was at fault- I have paid for returns for other orders without questioning when I simply chose the wrong sizing, but in this case poor quality is not the fault of the customer and Something Sweet should back up their products and work to ensure good quality. They have lost a loyal customer and I would like to spread the word and suggest other customers find another store to purchase from.

The material is great, delivery is fast. I will definitely buy from your website again.

The shipping was waaay faster than expected! Other than an oversized hoodie I bought that was a lot bigger than expected and didn't fit me, all the other clothes I bought were great! Lovely customer service too. Can't wait to shop on sth sweet again :)

I loved everything that came in, expect I ordered a pair of colored lens, but only one came in which was a bit disappointing because I can't just use one of a pair. I emailed them but they haven't responded yet. Hopefully they'll get back to me on time before my formal. Other then that, I absolutely love their products!
