This was my first time order from sthsweet. However, I had a great experience so far since it took only a week for them to deliver my items, the items are as shown in pictures, and true to size. They also included authentication card for -5kg jeans which is really nice.

The clothes are great quality and even though they are 1 size tgey seemed to fit me very well and are still oversized. I myself am 5'11 and was worried the clothes would bot fit however that was not the case.
The shipment and delivery was great too. I was given updates on my package which I find very helpful. I would definitely and already have recommended the store to my friends.

Great customer service but poor shopping experience
Great customer service. Prompt replies and have been helpful in my order placement and return experience. I only wished the clothing and shoe sizes on your website were more accurate. I did exact measurements based on your suggestions on your website as I have not tried out Korean sizing before. Even with the measurements and matching to the size listed, the clothing I ordered did not fit. Especially the shoes.
Overall, great customer service, but poor shopping experience.

For example if you wish to order a pair of jeans in size S and the waist width is 32cm on the website, it will fit you if your personal pair of jeans is between 30 and 34 cm wide.

I'm a long-time shopper at this store, and it offers great selections on new, quality, affordable Korean fashion for a low shipping price and great customer service!
The only downsides are that your ordered items may be out of stock (i.e. stocks may not match what is actually available at the warehouse), and the time before shipping could take a while (but the actual shipping time is crazy fast since it's sent through express from South Korea). I always receive an email regarding these issues, and customer service is quick to rectify problems ASAP.

Shipping takes too long which longer than i brought from europe, more than2 weeks. For many times the shipping come after the big sale.
Some sold out products did not show when selected. After payment, the sold out items could not be replaced by other color or size.

Very long wait. Item always out of stock. Extremely poor customer service.
Items on website look pretty and cute so I made my purchase with them.
Yet I had a very bad experience with this company and its customer service.
2 weeks after I placed the order I received an email saying that one of the items is out of stock.
I have been given the option to choose another item of similar value (more or less $5 difference) as a replacement.
I replied and told the customer service my choice of replacement. Yet a day later they reply saying that the item I want as the replacement was also out of stock but available in another color and I agreed to have the item in that color instead.
They have confirmed twice over the next 2 days:
1. with the availability of the item 2. my address
Just when I thought this is finally settled and waited for the parcel, I received an email 1 week later saying that the item was out of stock! AGAIN! Out of stock even after confirming with them several times!
This time the customer service insisted on giving me a gift card despite I am not happy with the arrangement. The last email they replied said:
"If you do not wish to receive the Gift Card, we will refund you to your card on Monday at the latest."
giving me no choice and did not apologise at all for their internal item arrangement issue.
Eventually, I got the amount refunded after one month I initially placed my order and received nothing. I am very disappointed with this company. And its poor customer service.
Please avoid purchasing from the company.
Very long wait time and couldn't solve the issue.
Remain unresolved. Would not recommend this shop.

Hello and thank you for your review :) We need 3-12 business days to prepare an order. After checking your order, you placed it on June 27th and it was shipped you on Friday 29th. The delivery from Korea to Malaysia takes only 2 business days. The first delivery was attempted on July 2nd (Monday) but you were not home to receive it. Your order was actually processed quite quickly as you ordered on Wednesday and the package was ready to be delivered at your door the next Monday from Korea to Malaysia. We are sorry if this feels slow and we are happy you received your order safe and sound!

I’ll be honest, I was nervous ordering from an unfamiliar company, but the experience was smooth and the clothes are amazing! I got the -5kg Youth Skirt (I think that’s what it’s called) and it was exactly as described and super cute. I also ordered the Blossom Soon cami which was comfy and even better than expected. The one thing about the cami is that the straps run a little short. It’s still really cute but make sure to check the measurements. Will definitely order again!
