Excellent quality porch doors, well fitted on time and good value for money.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. This firm has been under my radar, however I contacted them for a quote for new French doors. They have been complete professionals from day one - from initial visit to survey to fitting. The fitting guys worked in bad weather without complaint and the finished result was superb. They are also meticulous about cleaning/tidying afterwards. Highly recommended, trusted, company, just wish I had discovered them sooner, however I will definitely use again.

From start to finish we have been extremely pleased with everything. Ordering our door was made easy with Lindsey assisting, she was extremely competent at her job and advised when we needed her assistance, because we needed a cat flap fitting. We provided it & they sprayed the outside to match the door, which looks fantastic. Had the door fitted today and we're extremely pleased with the overall result, which has been done to a very high standard by Jordan and his assistant/apprentice. Thankyou to the whole team, we will definitely be recommending your company.

Recently had two windows changed. Can't be happier. The fitters were amazing and went out of their way to help. Really lovely people. The job is amazing with minimal mess. I had a canopy fitted by them a few months ago, another amazing experience. Dealing with St. Helens Windows from fitters to office staff has always been positive. Everyone seems to want to help in any way they can. I will always use them and recommend them to others. Thank you to you all.

Had all windows /doors renewed throughout the house. Initial contact was with sales rep Ben and although his quotation was not the lowest of the 4 prior quotations we had received we felt he was by far more professional and knowledgeable in the product he was selling.
On placing the order we were advised fitting would be in around 6 weeks time , and work was carried out as scheduled.
Lewis and Euan were the fitters who carried the work out and we found both of them to be polite , helpful in any queries we had and their standard of work was first class. All work was completed within time period stated for job , workspace was cleaned up every evening and all rubbish removed daily.
Standard of quality of both work and windows /doors fitted are excellent , and we would highly recommend this company .

Had new windows doors and gutters fitted by St Helens windows. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and explained everything clearly. On the day of fitting I was worried about the mess but I didn’t need to as everything was left immaculate. There was a slight issue with two sections on the guttering being incorrect but both were rectified on the same. Would definitely recommend as very pleased with the work completed.

Update:

Following my previous review, I have now decided to give the company the 5*** they deserve. The reason for this is we came to an amicable agreement and the glass was changed from double glazed to triple glazed acoustic and this has made a massive difference by reducing the high traffic noise levels. Big thanks to Gary and Lyndsey for helping reach this resolution.

We had two new external doors fitted today.
The fitters attended just before 9am, and worked really hard until completion early afternoon.

The whole process was excellent; from the initial visit which was then followed by a survey a couple of weeks later, to fitting a few weeks after that.

All looks very nice.

We have previously used St.Helens Windows for our new windows about 5 years ago.
We would recommend this company.

The salesman turned up, was very professional and provided an extremely competitive quote. 2 weeks later the surveyor arrived and measured up, who was also very professional and accommodated a change in colour at no extra cost. 2 weeks after that the fitters arrived promptly at 9am, and had completed a full porch double glazing by 1.30pm. They were extremely hard working and cleaned up after themselves. The standard and quality of both the work and the windows are excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic job done removing our bay windows and replacing them with normal ones. Couldn't fault the lads who did the job. Would definitely recommend this company!

Ongoing problem with purchase. Communication standards are abysmal, and from my experience, once customers have paid for an item they are of no interest to this company. The Remedials Department must be constantly under pressure as trying to contact a relevant member of staff can be impossible. Perhaps this speaks for the quality and aftercare of the company itself.

Starting from telephone call, sales person visit and installation both front and back doors it was great experience. There was no pressure on us at any point, so we felt relaxed and in control of everything.
Person who installed doors was very friendly and professional. I wish we knew about this company earlier to install our windows, as it was not good at all.
Definitely recommend it to anyone and glad we supported local business.

From start to finish my overall experience has been great.

Somebody came out, fully explained the product and process. Measurement completed quickly there after with the door being fitted approx 8 weeks after, which aligned with our expected duration. The guy fitting was very professional and curious throughout. Love the door, totally transformed the entrance. Thanks guys for a great experience
