NEVER PAY UP PAYMENT TO TopCashback

Spent over £10.000 on a spa and sauna for my daughter over a year ago and although it said payment due in my topcashback account--they never paid the £315 owed. After many phone calls to office etc they have now put DECLINED on my account--The only reason I went with them was they were the only ones on Topcashback---VERY VERY BAD SHOW---I was going to buy one from them --but not touching them now----VERY BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH --AS CUSTOMER SERVICE NIL !!!! CHANGED THEIR NAME LAST YEAR TO CRYSTEC SPAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
