About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf trolley, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated UK-based Customer Care centre.
Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds in the South West of England, every Stewart Golf trolley is meticulously built by hand right here at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped to over 45 countries worldwide.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf trolley developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

It started difficult. I wanted to get my X7 Stewart trolley repaired and sent it to Stewart USA. However, the repairs were too expensive for the life of the trolley. So, I decided to buy a new X10 Follow.
I always loved walking with my X7, which is why I wanted to repair it. My new X10 is awesome and better. I am very happy with my trolley and everything worked out great. Thank you.

I shelled out £2k to buy a Stewart Golf Q Follow trolley. 2 weeks later I realised that it's a complete waste of money.
The trolley worked for a week and then broke. It just juddered on the spot. I spent hours trying to work out what the issue was but with no luck, it would appear that one of the motors had broken after 2 rounds. I emailed their support with the details of the issue, offering a couple of videos to show the issue. A day later I received a reply asking for the videos, which I sent to them immediately. 2 days later still no response. Not the level of support I was expecting for a £2k trolley!
When it worked (for 2 rounds!) I found it nuanced - not intuitive. I read the manual a couple of times to work things out. I almost felt I was wrestling with the trolley to unlock it and get my bag on it. V different to the Powakaddy I (stupidly) sold on delivery of my Stewart trolley.
The "app" never connected to the battery, I gave up on that as well.
So I've emailed and told them to pick it up and refund me. Thank god for the 30 day guarantee.
Save your money and your time - steer well clear of Stewart. I like the Stewart Golf "follow" idea, shame it's packaged up in that piece of s**t. AVOID!

I have owned a Q Series Trolley since they were first launched. Whist I have had many problems with the trolley (including it actually snapping into two pieces), the Customer Sevice has always been good enough to fix the problems. Although having to send the trolley back at least twice each year for repairs is annoying.
This time, 1 of the motors is broken. fortunately, I still have a warranty on the trolley. I notified Stewart on Monday but having sent 3 chase emails yesterday and today, and a further 3 vm’s today, I am nowhere nearer arranging for my trolley to be returned for repair. I’ve got to be honest, I’ve lost all faith in both Stewart Golf and the Trolley. The other 3 members of my regular 4 ball all have Motokaddy Remote Trollies and not one of them has ever had a problem. Ill be paying for a rental trolley this weekend, whilst they can all have a laugh at my expense

After buying several Stewart Q Follows for our family and loving them, I purchased a 4th one that had an issue. On several occasions the battery died before completing the round. Stewart's customer service team asked me to send the battery back for testing. The testing showed that the battery was charging properly so Stewart agreed to take back the trolly and refund my money or provide a replacement at no cost. While Stewart was obligated to do so under its warranty, the degree its customer service team bent over backwards to reduce my inconvenience was surprising. They were in touch with me daily regarding the return and in addition to making it easy to return through UPS, they delivered a brand new Q-follow to my door within one week of receiving my returned trolly. Great customer service!

Had a battery issue with brand new Stewart Q Follow buggy, Spoke to head office Sydney and their Tech.
Nothing was too much trouble to resolve the problem.
A new battery was express couried to me within 2 days, the battery fixed the problem.
Great service from the Tech and Service Department.
The Q Series Follow now works a treat and is saving me energy during my golf round.

This company is a joke! I've had two R1'S trolleys and both with the same fault. I left one outside after I got back from golf for a few days because it was raining. It actually seized up. The frame would not open at all. The second trolley had exactly the same fault. I went to get it out of the shed after the winter period and it had also seized up. Aftercare is about as good as these JOKE trolleys. A very poor company ! I will never buy anything from these muppets, they offered me 10% off my next trolley. It's laughable really. My suggestion to you all is to pick a real brand like Powakaddy or Motocaddy. Stay away from Stewart Golf at all costs.

I recently returned my Stewart Golf, Q Follow trolley for a full service. The trolley was ready 2 days after I dropped it off. I purchased the trolley 3 years ago from Stewart golf direct. The after care service has been outstanding. My trolley has come back with loads of parts being replaced and upgraded to the latest spec all part of the service package with no extras to pay. My trolley now looks brand new. Fantastic customer service and they have gone way above my expectations. Well done Stewart Golf brilliant service Carlie and Luke were fantastic.

Excellent customer service as always from Stewart.
The trollies are certainly not cheap however I would rate them as the best on the market and their after sales service is superb.
Sent my Trolley back for a service, had a few issues with it.
It was returned to me in only a few days with lots of new parts fitted all included in the service price.

First time with an electric buggy and I am really impressed with how easy my VERTX was to use. Love that you can walk and steer it or let it do its own thing and control it with the remote. Also the SG golf phone app is great in letting you know what percentage is left on the battery! My home course is hilly in parts that gave me some soft tissue leg injuries. Having a VERTX has given me more energy at the end of each round so I no longer limp back to the carpark or for a few hours after golf.
