WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS DISABLED, ELDERLY WITH MOBILITY ISSUES OR WHO IS HOUSEBOUND DUE TO A MEDICAL CONDITION - this chemist has a new Delivery "Policy", they are NOT delivering medication for the foreseeable future and when they start delivering again, they are going to charge patients a delivery fee. If you are disabled and/or have mobility issues and you don't have anyone who can collect your prescription for you, their advice is... "just get a taxi". For myself and MANY of my elderly neighbours who use this chemist and HEAVILY rely on it's delivery service because they also have health and/or mobility issues and are DESPERATELY struggling to survive on a VERY low income, this new Delivery "Policy" clearly demonstrates that this Pharmacy cares MUCH more about money than it does it's disabled and vulnerable customers/patients. I am SO disgusted that I am transferring my repeat prescriptions to one of the MANY other pharmacies who provide delivery of medication FREE OF CHARGE. So far I have found 8 different pharmacies who provide this within the local area. Hope this post helps other vulnerable customers of this DISGRACEFUL pharmacy.
