Fake Company who dont send out goods.

Placed order on 13/2/25 and recieved an email saying it was shipped. Didn’t arrive so emailed and was told there was a delay and they were waiting on stock. Even though email said different.
Then was told it was coming a week later but nothing arrived. Emailed no answer, called them no answer, seems they are a fake fraudulent company who should be avoided at all costs.
If your not a fake company then do the right moral thing and respond along with issuing me a refund immediately.
