I have purchased Dan Clark headphones from this shop. Headphones arrived in sealed box but unfortunately there was a factory made defect on it (not the fault of the shop). Shop representative (Giorgio) was very kind and helpful and replaced the headphones and covered all the cost for international transportations. Purchasing and communication was nice and smooth. Excellent service ! I highly recommend this shop. Trusted and reliable.
