I ordered an outside Christmas decoration November of 2021 and was supposed to have it by Christmas. I’ve emailed with no response. This company deserves 0 stars.

This fraudulent company doesn’t even worth a star. I ordered outdoor Christmas decorations back in November 2021.I still don’t have my items. Despite, tons of emails and now website is not available. THIS IS A SCAM!

Don’t trust! I don’t recieve my order 4 months and i see that they don’t even try to explain this.

Don’t use this company! I ordered back in November and never received my goods. When I tried to contact Sterback the link said the store is now closed.

SCAM!!!! DON'T BUY OF THEM!!!!!!!!

Must be a scam. I ordered stuff for Christmas, never came plus no reply to my emails. Disgusting.

FRAUD/SCAM/THEFT
Like so many others on this site, I ordered Christmas lights on 11th November 2021. Received confirmation of “despatch” with tracking details but nothing has ever been received. Sent endless emails to support@sterback but not a single one has been acknowledged.
I paid via debit card so presumably I have no way of recovering the stolen funds. Please please help spread the word to prevent further thefts from consumers

Zero should be an option. Ordered in November and paid! Still nothing ! This company is a scam. Don’t order from them.

Ordered in November 2021, items never arrived. 1 email got a reply stating item was despatched and was clearing customs, since then no responses at all. Appears to be a scam.

Placed order late November, got emailed it had shipped..NEVER RECEIVED

I wouldn't even give it a ! to me honest... I have Written and emailed both CS at Sterback - which is returned as not knowns and Support@Sterback which answered me once and I have yet to receive the Item. I t was ordered long before xmas, Months! and the only response I receive is that it is coming. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and received no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS FRAUDULENT! SO disappointed as was so looking forward to the Christmas Carriage I had ordered. I will keep posting until I receive a full refund.. And the company will be reported

Ordered Christmas lights last November, got tracking no ,but never received the items ,the shop and tracking no has now disappeared, didn't pay with PayPal so I guess I have no way of getting a refund ,life is hard enough without someone stealing your hard earned cash ,disgusting behaviour

Mum ordered Xmas lights, nothing turned up! Do not use!!!

Placed an order with this company on November 19th. Received email saying it has shipped with tracking number. Tracking number doesn't work and item was never received. Contacted Pay Pal and they are looking into the matter. Buyer beware! Do not order anything from this company! When you go to their web site it says shop currently not available!

100% scam!! Avoid. Glad i paid through paypal!!
No items, four months waiting. Bought in October for christmas, obviously no joy!

If you’ve paid through PayPal, contact them and advise that the order wasn’t received. I received my money back within minutes

Order placed via Facebook ad. Was dispatched after a month and then recieved an email saying would be delayed due to covid. Update on supposed carrier details says arrived in destination port over 3 weeks ago. Based on the other reviews I doubt this will ever show or I will get my money back.

FACEBOOK SCAM - yet another scam business trading on Facebook. Raised a complaint with Paypal as item not received (scam tracking info). Facebook needs to do more to block these scams :-(
