Poorly constructed product, unresponsive team

We received a poorly constructed step-and-repeat that was missing pieces, had incorrect parts attached at certain intersections, and the frame was broken in places. Despite reaching out to them directly multiple times for help with correcting this, they have not responded to us. There is no value is paying for a broken product and they have left a bad taste in our mouth by not responding when we asked for help. We requested confirmation of a refund for receiving a broken product, they decided they don't need to do right by their customers.
