I am little concerned because trusted…

I am little concerned because trusted pilot are not very positive for Stephen James. I have existing issues with Styner in Maidenhead who claim not to fix my BMW. The customer services lady this morning did not make feel confident. I have contacted head office regarding my fix. We will see!!

Fantastic experience

Recently purchased an approved used vehicle from this dealership.It was a long distance sale conducted via video presentation,emails,and phone calls.
We were looked after by George,who was faultless in his approach,and went above and beyond to ensure the buying experience was perfect.
We are over the moon with both the car,and the customer service.

Well Done Stephen James!

Well Done Stephen James! Sometimes things go wrong with your car, and it is not always the fault of BMW. A complex electrical issue with my Mini JCW was discovered, and turned out no fault with the car, myself or Stephen James. Sometimes we jump to conclusions without the full facts. It was resolved with understanding and care from Stephen James Bromley.

New owner Hedin move in - service quality moves out

I have received excellent, quality service from the Stephen James Bickley Road team in the past.
My experiencer of a major service last Friday was awful, expensive, incomplete and I left feeling I was duped. I had discussions with 3 members of the service team to resolve my issues - NOT ONE had any understanding, sympathy or willingness to resolve the problems.
I can only assume this failure is due to the Hedin take-over or senior managers being on leave

Stephen James BMW Bromley If you want to be swindled or cheated…

If you want to be swindled or cheated then proceed to Stephen James Bromley. BMW vehicle submitted for warranty work but that was not done yet they claimed to have done the work and yet charged to the policy. BMW UK intervened but SJBB did not comply. Reported to Bromley Trading Standards but they also seem to be impotent.

Very rude Customer service in the…

Very rude Customer service in the service department not welcoming maybe cause how the customer Looks may the colour /language accent ……..
Big BMW name but poor and not trained their staff in professional way which is shameful.

they caused damage & wont repair for free

This is the 2nd time i have had work done here and its the 2nd time they have caused an issue which they want to charge me to repair. i had my car in for a recall airbag on the steering wheel and now my buttons don't work. AVIOD AVIOD ADVIOD!!!

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever. Made an appointment by phone for a recall regarding a 2018 g30. Took the day off from work went to them and they said there is no appointment made. Car was leaking coolant so unable to drive. They told me to leave the car there but have no idea when they have time to look at least at it and to make another appointment will take at least two weeks. Explained them that I depend on car to go to work as I don't have trains in my area and they didn't care. No courtesy car as well. Pleasure of owning a bmw what can I say. Disappointed.

MOT and service for my Mini.

My Mini was booked in for a service and MOT.
The gentleman that dealt with me, Reece, was so helpful, polite and profesional.
When I collected my Mini he went through everything and was very informative.
He then took me to my car.
Reece definitely gave a very profesional service.

Avoid! Use any other dealership.

This is a really awful BMW dealership. I stopped using them to repair and maintain my two BMWs when the service manager in Enfield tried to rip me off for £2200 for a job that was unnecessary. He told me I had a massive oil leak when in fact the car used no oil. I took it to other BMW agents afterwards who told me it was completely untrue. I then foolishly committed to buying another used BMW from Steven James in Ruxley. I paid them many days in advance and travelled all the way from North London to Sidcup to collect the car on the appointed day. The phone rang when I had arrived at Sidcup, one hour before the agreed delivery time to tell me it wasn’t ready. Steven James organisation has no clue how to treat customers. Either ripping them off or wasting their days and failing to deliver on time. I think they’re probably the worst dealer in the BMW network I’ve ever come across.

Extortionate - pl shop around

Phoned up for a quote for a bi-annual, so-called 'major' service for a 1-series car. Quoted 750 GBP with a glib remark that that was probably a bit more than I might have expected but its about quality! And it could be more eg if my brake fluid needed a top-up!!! SAME service quoted by another BMW dealer 18 miles away for 470 GBP!!! Please shop around and take a pass on Stephen James.

Worst BMW service

Worst service and will charge you 100% more than the actual list price. I was unaware of the price else where to do a simple break fluid change which roughly costs around 120 GBP elsewhere. And these guys decided to charge me 204GBP. outrages. I am definitely going to complain about this to BMW UK for misleading customers . Also I asked them not to wash my car as I know they are worse than 5 pound car wash else where. Left scratch marks all over the paintwork , Also people at the service are grumpy as hell. I had a Fastlane appointment 8 AM and the person who served me was grumpy and half a sleep no smile nor proper customer care. Also he made jokes on my for asking not to wash my car saying "this gentleman is clean so do not wash his car" . I was like what the hell. Will never go there again.

Disgraceful service!

Disgraceful service at Bickley branch. My car came back with paintwork missing after the car was recalled - I was told they would call me back to have it re sprayed…4 months after chasing I was told it could have happened anytime and they will no support on fixing the damage that occurred in their care. Avoid Stephen James at all costs- most unprofessional car branch I have ever been to- going back to Mercedes’ as quick as I can!!!

Booked a 24 hour mini test…

Booked a 24 hour mini test drive...gained a call...a date...even a nice video of the car.
Turned up today....the chap concerned was away...no note had been made....plus the Car in question had a puncture.....could you make another appointment ?
If a prospective customer is treated this way....the LAST thing I want to do is buy one !

Misleading when book service online vs in store

booking of the service is misleading. if you book service online is vastly different to the fees you will be charged when you get in store. I made a booking online for Engine oil service with microfilter online there is a fee of £221, but in store the service is £354 which I was only told on counter on the day l dropped off my car. The process is very misleading and not clear

WORST BMW BRANCH-RUXLEY ( ZERO star)

The worst branch by far - i have brought for me or family menbers about 18 cars the last 5 years but the treatmeat by this branch and customer service of BMW UK will leave you with no doubt to avoid that BMW branch in Ruxley/Sidcup - The manager and the sales manager lie so much, even in front of me i saw them lie to a customer ordering a car- i have everything recorded and things documneted. This manager has such attitude he should be investigated - or even send in a mystery shopper- i have seen his behaviour the few times i have been there- not like others in BMW and other managers who have been really good at dealing with issues when it was brought to them. I have also read reviews here where others say same about this branch. Can't even call back after promising for 10 days in a row. Then ignore emails - it has been me chasing them for about 2 months and they just lie and make up things to just get me off the phone or get me out the branch.
Worst service, useless manager who does not care and thinks if he avoids something long enough it will just go away. Please avoid them as once you have ordered your car you will be just a number to him
There are other honest branches you can go to
