The whole process of buying, selecting and getting some advice from the customer service team has been awesome - the site is very informative and has good quality videos as well. The stencils themselves are durable and can be used often. Highly recommend this company !!

This company gets everything right, even down to mailing times. The website is good to navigate, the product comes with proper instructions, the stencil itself is top quality material, and it is appropriately sent in a reinforced envelope. Everything perfect. I have already ordered and received a second item.

Robust selection but delivery is too lengthy
Stencil Up has a fantastic portfolio of stencils and it's easy to select and submit your order, but I haven't received my order yet. I can't remark on the product.
It's been a long time since my purchase and I am dubious that COVID is still the excuse for slow delivery. I receive packages from other vendors that deliver quickly. So if you expect a speedy delivery, don't get your hopes up and give yourself plenty of time to do your project.

I’m sorry that you have not yet received your stencil, however as we have no information or communication from you we cannot help with trying to locate the parcel. Items are dispatched within 1-3 working days and then we are in the hands of the carriers! It’s a shame that you felt you needed to address this through a review rather than directly with us, as unfortunately packages do go missing and we always do our best to resolve things as quickly as possible, such as sending replacements and attempting to locate parcels. As your review is anonymous we cannot reach out to you on email to resolve this for you., and have no idea if you are a domestic or international customer. Unfortunately there are still delays due to COVID-19, and it is not an excuse but a rather unfortunate reason for delays. We do our very best to communicate with customers who are experiencing delays when they reach out to us.
