Probably a fake Website

I made an order on 4th July, and paid 9€ for the transportation to receive in 1 working day.
I didn't receive anything when they informed that would be send the tracking number, as soon as the item was sent.
I wrote them twice, asking for some clarification, but no reply till now.
When I ordered the item and paid it with the extra 9€, to take 1 day for delivery, I was informed that I would receive it on 5th July.
Today is 7th and any contact with me was made.

What is announced in the Website:

"Envio Standard (FedEx): até 6 dias úteis, grátis. Envio Express (DHL): 1 dia útil por 9€. Recebes número de seguimento após o envio."
