I wrote them 5 emails no response.
I reported it to my local police.

Fraud
I bought doge tokens which were £0.000002 at the time of purchase in the market but I only got tokens valued at 0.002 instead of the market price. Beware before buying doge tokens on stellarterm as they will sell them at their own price. And they never respond to emails.
