Please research other companies particularly if you are vulnerable-with your health - the process took 5 months instead of the promised 3 weeks - stellar energy have apologised and blamed staff change, however i wish i had known it would take so long i would have chosen a different provider- the work when finally complete is of good quality - stellar energy have asked me to consider more than 2 stars below - sorry stellar but i used 5 days annual leave waiting for intallers that never turned up when head office said they would - and had to live in a dusty house and bedroom waiting weeks for work to be done - it was left unsafe for my disabled hubby too so i think 2 stars are justified-
