I ordered the Grogu Star Wars Steiff Bears. They are lovely, just like on the website.
The bears arrived very quickly, they were well packaged, I was impressed that the protective wrapping was 100% recycled.

I'm a returning customer, the James Bond Steiff i ordered in the past was great as well, I'll be back next time I want a Steiff.

Do Not Buy from this company!
Your parcel will be Lost or Stolen at UPS couriers, stuck at Frankfurt for almost 3(72 hours) days and all you will get are Lame Excuses and Platitudes as to it's location.
I have received No word of apology from either UPS or Steiff only an exception notice whatever one of those is? The items barcode was last scanned in Frankfurt at 12/03/2024. I recieved an email to say it would be delivered by End of Day yesterday.
NOT GOOD!

Bought a limited edition Steiff teddy. The delivery was super fast. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning as they are not the official Steiff shop. But the guy on the phone explained that the Steiff company website are German based and goods were sent from Germany whereas this Bel Air one is UK based. When I received the bear, yes, it is 100% genuie. Overall super happy with the experience!

Ordered a Queen Elizabeth bear at beginning of the year and although due in August/September due to production delays did not get it until October.
Was kept up to date and was worth the wait.

Brilliant service. We ordered the limited edition Paddington Bear and DPD messed up the delivery and lost it in transit. Jonathan at Steiffteddybears handled it quickly and professionally and sent us a replacement right away. 100% recommended

We have three steiff bear's. All are beautiful and lovingly made. My children love there steiff bear's. Recommend if you're looking for a special gift for a special person.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I bought a teddy in August for a friend's new born baby. The payment went through on my end no problem at all (I know this because I use Monzo so it's very easy to check).
I have since received email after email demanding payment, stating that the payment hasn't come through at the companies end. I spoke to someone at Steiff over the phone who said that they have recently been having technical problems in their payments department and that I shouldn't worry because my account said the balance was £0.00.
Sure enough, two days later I received another email demanding payment to which I replied stating that I will not be paying twice for a single teddy bear. The company continue to demand funds which have been paid. They are a company that are either incompetent of keeping track of payments or a completely fraudulent company which try to scaremonger customers into paying twice.
As stated in the title, avoid at all costs!

I bought two bear keyrings from their website and the payment is reversed due to their technical error(They admitted themselves in the email). then they contacted me ask me for the payment. I checked with them of the total amount(£95) and immediately transferred the funds via Paypal according to their instruction and sent the proof. Yet next day I received an email from a debt collection agency ! claiming £165 total including some "commissioning charge". requiring me to pay immediately before further action ?! they sell toys and how many parents and lover will feel sick of their messy online payment management and harassement from the debt collection company they work with?! Absolutely a nightmare, would not recommend to anyone. I bought toys from Jellycat and never had any problems!

Purchased a bear as a keep sake for a friends new arrival, baby girl. I was confident all would be ok, they are a huge, well known company. How wrong was I?!

I had an email confirming order and when it had been shipped. This is where all communication ended. A week later I hadn’t heard anything, so checked my shipper email and found out that it had been “delivered”. I don’t have the package!

Emailed the customer services, nothing! I have asked for where it has been delivered to, and nothing. I have emailed them again, requesting where my package is, and nothing. I have also called the number provided and told via automated message that they are unable to take my call, and to leave a message. Waited, beep, started leaving the message, and another automated message, this time in German starts playing, so unable to leave anything!

So now left, frustrated, as I’ve payed for the item, don’t have it, and am unable to contact them to get a resolution!

Would not recommend using them at all!

I struggled to find any reviews for steiffteddybears.co.uk prior to purchasing but went ahead anyway. I feel it necessary to leave a glowing review for them so people can see that my experience was fine. I received my item within a few days of ordering and also received a tracking number so I could follow it's delivery progress. The item is beautiful and was a lot cheaper than other places. Would definitely recommend this website and I will definitely use them again. Many thanks.
