Unsatisfactory refund of Will storage charge

We used Steelerose to set up our Will several years ago and paid £47.00 Pa for secure storage. So far so good. We then decided 9 months ago to keep our Will locally and secure, so far so good. In August 2025 a £47.00 charge was taken by Steelerose for the original secure storage. We thought we had cancelled the original dd but had not so cancelled straight away and asked for a refund of the £47.00 storage charge.
After countless email requests over the last month and excuses by admin staff this refund has not happened and not confident at all that it ever will.If we owed Steelerose £47.00 I’m sure they would be chasing! Hence the 1 star review.

Hard to contact, incorrect details

After someone purporting to be the owner of this company contacted a business associate of mine over telegram made some serious and totally baseless allegations against his firm. He asked me to contact this firm as I am UK based and see if the issue could be resolved ammicably. The site has no telephone number. The office address is different on different pages of the site. I'm not even sure if the company really exists.
