I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered a camper bed and paid a significant amount 1600 pound , including an additional €389 for VAT. The item was marked as delivered, but it was never actually received at the address. This was a high-value delivery that should have required a signature, yet no one signed for it and no delivery note was left.

I contacted the courier (DHL), and the case is now under investigation, as there is no clear proof that the item was delivered to the correct person or location. Despite this, my attempt to resolve the issue through PayPal was unsuccessful, as they relied only on tracking information.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when ordering, especially for expensive items, as my experience has been very stressful and remains unresolved.

Title: Paid €1800 – Item Never Delivered, No Refund

I had a very disappointing experience with SteeFree.
I purchased a camper bed system for €1800 with custom fees and never received the item. DHL confirmed in writing that the parcel was delivered without authorization and lost due to their driver’s mistake, meaning the delivery was not completed.
Despite this clear confirmation, the seller has ignored all communication and has not provided a refund however
DHL has confirmed in writing that:
• The delivery was carried out incorrectly
• The parcel was left without authorization
• The shipment was lost due to a courier error
This clearly means the delivery was never completed.Despite this, SteeFree has failed to respond to my calls,messages,mails and has not issued a refund . As a customer, I find this completely unacceptable. The responsibility lies with the seller to ensure the goods are delivered, which did not happen.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing, as there appears to be no support when issues arise.

Be careful regarding their refund policy

Be careful regarding their refund policy. I am currently taking this company to court. The item I ordered was damaged when delivered and didn't work properly. A refund is due under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but they are refusing.

Great products, great prices, outstanding customer service

I recently discovered this little gem of a company while looking for products for my VW California. I was looking for a bed extension and found that Stee Free made a great product at a fraction of the genuine VW item. The design is close to the OEM, the quality exceeds the genuine VW item and its more than half the price. This company clearly cares about the quality of the products and looks after its customers very well. emails are answered very quickly, sometimes within minutes of sending they replied. In my experience it's rare to find such great customer service like this.
I score 10/10 and highly recommend Stee Free
