I’m not one who usually complains about anything, although I had some minor problems with my delivery of the crossbow m10. When I received my package the stock, m10 upper, and lower were all cut from the plastic zip ties inside the box and had I assume been opened ( before or after purchase ) and rolling around during the delivery. The magazine connected to the m10 upper was also visibly cracked, and slightly busting at the crack. I had informed Steambow via Email, and I am yet still waiting on a response, hopefully a replacement for the magazine Atleast. Other than that the crossbow functions perfectly with the other magazine it came with, the 75ib limbs pack a punch on my 3 layer straw target! Going all the way though with just plastic practice bolts haha. Currently waiting on my 150ib limbs to arrive looking forward!

so i contacted steambow because the pumpaction ssytem i have doesn't even fit on the ak-47 stinger i waited so long for this and had to pay import fees for something i could have 3d printed better..they now ask for proof lol.. so i sent a video i wish i could up load here

It's a really nice crossbow but the shipping cost me more than the bow and even after all I paid for shiping I had to pay another $125.57 at my door or they would not hand it over so in total it cost me 987.57 to get to my door in canada so in my opinion it is not worth that kind of $ wish I would of bought something eles cause for that amount could of got something alot nicer than this

The Steambow M10 is a fabulous lightweight crossbow. Its many features are a strong example of its technical structure and design.

My experience with Steambow Inc. was positive. The products arrived on time, were high quality, and worked as expected. It's a reliable option for anyone looking for steambow equipment or accessories.

I received my order as expected and quickly, but the heat at the bottom was broken in 2 places and the springs put pressure on the cover and it always remains half open and the string of my crossbow is frayed after only about 30 shots already.

The customer service is great! Quick response. Eagerness to help. Although my item was not a fit the team sent a return label and a replacement. I felt I was the only customer. Great work Lukas!
