I put in a XMR -> LTC swap which ended up taking 3 hours to complete and paid out 13% less ltc to xmr
Prior to the swap being completed a support agent offered a refund, which i accepted and he confirmed hed get it going. Shortly after they tell me the refund actually isnt possible and they send me the litecoin
Ivarr the support agent made sure to waste plenty of time, being unhelpful, dismissive, and misleading.

Extremely trustworthy and professional service.
We encountered a processing delay with a large exchange of several thousand USDT. Instead of leaving us in limbo, their support team proactively communicated and issued a full refund promptly. This level of integrity is rare. Highly recommended for anyone who values security and reliability

Had a problem where the funds didn't reach recipient address but the issue was not with stealthex and is now resolved so I changed the review to 5 stars.

I want to clarify an important point for anyone considering using StealthEx.
I initially believed I had been scammed by StealthEx, but after contacting their official customer support, they were very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to review my case and explain what had happened.
Unfortunately, the issue did not come from StealthEx itself, but from a fake imitation website that looks very similar to the real one:
stealth-ex.io
I unknowingly used this fraudulent site and lost funds as a result. This is entirely on the scam site, not on StealthEx.
I am leaving this review mainly to warn others: please be extremely careful and make sure you are using the official StealthEx website. Double-check the URL before making any transaction, as these scams can be very convincing.
To StealthEx’s official support team: thank you for your transparency and assistance, even though the issue was not caused by your platform.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

Used StealthEX on many occasions and always works quickly and effectively. Exchange rates may not be the best out there but speed and reliability compensate. Good service overall.

Daisy from StealthEx keeps emailing me and there's no way to unsubscribe. It's driving me mad. Leave me alone.
Edit: received an email from Trustpilot claiming this review was for a different business but its clear that it isn't given they know the emails being referenced. I never approached or reached out to StealthEx and they have been sending me emails every two days, I want nothing to do with them but apparently ignoring them isn't good enough and they do not have any way to unsubscribe which is why I've reviewed them here. I wouldnt trust the reviews too much either given how actively they try to remove poor ones.

I’ve sent some ETH to be swapped for ICP through Trocador on November 5th, swap provider chosen being StealthX.
When I initiated the swap, I should have received 1251 ICP. Suddenly, ETH is going up and ICP is going down. My order is stagnating at this time for about 50 minutes.
ONLY AFTER I contacted Trocador has my order filled and I received 1187 ICP. And when it filled, ETH was up and ICP was down, so I should have received way more than the initial amount of ICP, somewhere in the range of 1300 ICP.
So basically, compared to my initial quote of 1251 ICP, I received 5.36% LESS. This is astonishingly low and an outright RIPOFF.
Upon contacting StealthX, they said and I quote:
"Just following up on this case. If we actually traded more than the estimate, the user would have received more than the estimated amount.
The screenshots they’ve provided are from a platform that didn’t perform this exchange, which has different liquidity and therefore different rates. Users often don’t realize this, but it’s simply how the market works.
Increasing the compensation amount in this case where there was no technical error and the exchange was executed automatically would set a bad precedent.
I’m sure you understand what I mean, as it could appear as an attempt to extract more from the exchange service when, in fact, everything was done correctly.
We’ve carefully reviewed the situation: the entire sum was traded automatically, the user sent slightly less than the required amount, and they received exactly what was exchanged."
First of all, I received no money on my loss from StealthX. And what is this lie about I having sent slightly less ETH to be converted to ICP?
I have provided proof to StealthX about market price fluctuations, showing price charts up to the EXACT minute the order was executed, yet they continued to lie and show me prices using 30 minute charts, which are still IN MY FAVOR, yet they continue to say that the amount of ICP I have received is fair.
How stupid can you be, I ask, when you as a service provider SHOW ME A CHART that is in my favor, yet somehow don’t realize this? How can you be so effing stupid, I ask?
They exhibit the typical scammer attitude wherein they’ve done no wrong and everything is working fine (and is 100% automatic they say) and if there’s a problem, it’s not on their end.
That is why my order took exactly 1 hour to complete and it ONLY completed after I contacted Trocador. Because it’s all automatic.
Now I have to say that after this incident, I checked the TrustPilot reviews for StealthX. I see other users complaining about the EXACT SAME PROBLEM I am facing. Check out the 1 star review from Ted Wilson which describes my situation exactly.
Reading Ted’s review, I can’t possibly not see that StealthX replied to this user saying “Our system stops exchanging only in case if rate changes by 5% to the worse.”
Guess what 5% out of 1251 ICP is? It’s 1188.45 ICP. I got 1187.41 ICP. This means their “systems” should’ve halted the exchange. Guess this only works in their favor, not mine.
To bring more evidence to support StealthX’s grift and their failure of halting orders that deviate by more than 5%, let me paste you what I’ve talked here a couple of weeks ago on this very Telegram conversation, with Trocador support and I quote:
“For the order obL******8, the current deviation is more than 5%. Should Exolix proceed at the current rate or make a refund?”
So in this case, I was asked if I wanted to still complete the order when the market went down, but in my ICP order, where the market actually moved in MY FAVOR, I was scammed of more than 5%. It’s interesting how that goes.
I’m literally too old to be fighting online with such children. It’s exhausting. If StealthX refutes with such gall and audacity undeniable evidence, clear as day, verifiable up to the last second and cent, then what more is there left to say?
Furthermore, to strengthen my stance on the fact that StealthX does selective grifting and scamming, they told me in one of their replies for this particular order that:
"Exchanges are automatically finished - if it was not stopped because of some technical issue or rate fluctuation, the orders get filled without our intervention and the whole sum that they send is actually exchanges via the LP. There was no push or waiting from our side.”
Except there was waiting and also a push in the case of my order, where it was ONLY completed once I contacted Trocador so they can contact you to fix my order.
StealthX are selective grifters and scammers, make no mistake about that. They contradict themselves like autistic kids and I am sure they’ll try to weasel their way out by every means necessary.
JUST WOW! This is the first exchange that has DGB i noticed. Maybe i haven't searched a lot on it, but THEY HAVE THE DGB TO FIAT EXCHANGE! IT WORKS AND IS VERY CHEAP!

Tried to do a swap for about $3000 and they are asking for KYC. I asked to cancel the swap and return my funds. They are refusing to return the funds without KYC. DO NOT use this service.
Update:
"our platform may request you to pass KYC only in cases, when the funds may be compromised and/or the transaction gets flagged by the security system."
But I don't want to give my personal information to a scammy looking site that I don't trust.
Last time I did a KYC, a few weeks later my identity got stolen and I had to go through a lot to fix things up. I don't want to risk that again.
So I am just asking you to return my funds. I don't want to do the swap. You cannot hold the customer funds hostage like this and force people to do KYC even if they don't want to do the swap. No one will use your service anymore.
