It could be they use to be a good company but that's not the case anymore
Stay away from these people and their company. They're unresponsive to emails and calls. They sold me a fault unit that has a broken screen and is impossible to reset. Now all I hear all day is “please replace the filters” (the unit talks and says this).
I'm not sure if I'm the only one that has but if you buy a pH tester online and try testing the water, It sure is not the pH they claim it is. My unit goes up by .5 and when I have it at the Max which is 11.5 it reads 9 PH. when I have it at 10 it reads 9PH. When I test lemon juice it reads between 2 – 3 which is what lemon juice is soppused to be.
I must have sent them over 10 emails and called over 10 times, Not a word back from them. When you're spending thousands of dollars on a unit you want to make sure there's someone there behind it. That's not to be found by the Stealth Detox Water co.
It could be this company was different a couple years ago but as of now they are not trustworthy and you should stay away from them.
