App needs updated and Customer service is lacking

I've been having an issue with accessing a new loan. The app has serious issues where when I try to make subscription payments it wont go through. Now on the app it says there is a loan available to withdraw and it just keeps reloading back to the screen and not withdrawing the loan, I can see on my banking app that they are continually trying to take a subscription payment when trying to withdraw the loan, why i wonder are they trying to take a subscription fee before the loan has even been sent out. The app has serious bugs that need fixed and not to mention the customer service is abysmal, I'm still waiting for a response and nothing... It was a great company at the start, but now it seems to be faltering. Hopefully they can fix these issues.

So I had some issues making payments…

So I had some issues making payments through no fault of my own. The app seemed to glitch and cause me some headaches trying to make payments on time,
Michael was fantastic in helping me through it all! He got the tech team on it straight away and after some fault finding between us they got it sorted and now I’m fully up to date and even better….. my eligibility hasn’t been effected! Thank you steady pay and bigger thank you to Michael! Have a great Christmas and hopefully with all due respect I don’t need to talk to you again about this ha ha.

App issue with repayment dates

I had an issue with the app where I was accepted for a loan but the repayment dates weren’t populating. I spoke with Florin who understood the issue I was having and said to leave it with him overnight. I had regular updates from Florin where he was speaking to other teams and it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such good customer service. The issue was resolved early the following day and Florin advised on the next steps to complete the loan. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Florin!

Fraud

Hi all, I never used this sort of company in my life for such a small loan and was shocked to see this company's name on my Credit file and showing a default of £50 on cedit file. You are unable to contact them through phone and instead of looking at the records and investigating they keep speculating with very vauge responses.
