Been almost a month since I placed an order with STC Plastics and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent two emails with no response and after calling them was told the items weren’t in stock and would be dispatched soon. That was two weeks ago.
Save your time dnd money and shop elsewhere
Good experience throughout, easy to order and price was the best I found plus free delivery.
When I had a problem with the colour of the window board I'd ordered I asked about a possible exchange for a different colour and offered to pay for additional delivery. The depot driver turned up a few days later with the revised item and took the old away and there was no charge. Excellent service from this company, really nice product and good pricing.

The order was placed and money taken straight away. An initial email received confirming order waiting for delivery information. After just over 1 week and no correspondence, a call was made, waiting in the queue as happened for every subsequent call, to obtain an update. Couldn’t give order update as the manager could only deal with this and he was in hospital. A second call was made the next working day, reassurance was given stating the order would be received by the end of the week - it did not arrive. A third call was made, which cut off several times, but with persistence, finally got through. The order would be chased and a conformation by email received with delivery date. A call back from the manager was requested to explain the situation, which never occurred. A delivery date and several other conflicting emails after we’re received. The order failed to arrive on the delivery date, which had been waited in for. A fourth call was made, an update was unable to be provided as the assistant could not get hold of anyone in the team. After much time wasted, a refund has been requested. An email confirmation would be sent from the accounts team, which. I have yet to receive…………
