Simply fantastic!

Stefan and his team are absolutely wonderful. We have been using Stefan since the mid 1980s when he installed our Aga. We have used a couple of other Aga specialists in that time but I one has come close to the level of service that Stefan and his team provide. They have been nothing short of genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with our Aga and when meeting our needs. Their manner is friendly and approachable, Stefan works cleanly and is very happy to take the time to explain what has gone wrong, how things work and what he is doing to get things back on track. He installs confidence that you and your Aga are in safe hands and that, I find, is invaluable. We honestly would not use anyone else.

Really bad customer service. Stefan has a very bad attitude and short fuse! Stay away!

Spoke to Steffan Toscano of stcookers, Conversation did not go very well i felt talked down to and left to feel stupid did not get through to the friendly staff only Steffan who after the brief phone call i can assure you i would never use his services and due to that would not use is family friendly company,
How someone with so little patience and with the ability to upset so quickly has built a company up i have no idea.
my advise if you receive similar telephone manner put the phone down.
