I stayed with Cathy for my entire time in East Midlands. I was doing my Type Rating course from 06/04 until the 10/07. It was a very pleasant experience all thanks to Cathy! I felt welcome and when I first arrived I felt at home straight away. The study room was very beneficial for me as it gave me a space to study and revise but it was also a nice room to unwind in the evening. The house was immaculately clean throughout my stay. I would whole-heartedly recommend Stayvation and Cathy as a host! (ema101-cc)

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The facilities were spotless, and the rooms were warm, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, with two supermarkets just a short walk away, making it super convenient for picking up essentials. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to the airport facilities, which saved me so much time and hassle.

Other highlights included reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my studies, and a quiet, peaceful location away from main roads.

I would highly recommend this for air crew participating in work or training locally in East Midlands.

To put it quite simply, I loved it! The level of warmth and welcome I received made me feel utterly at home. It was amazing, to say the least.

Cathy's hospitality came with no bounds and I wholeheartedly endorsed it. I would unquestionably recommend a stay at her place and rest assured, I will certainly be planning more frequent visits in East Midlands.

Had some small issues with trying to contact one of the hosts I was renting from but Julie was great hope and assured me that all was going to be ok.

I had a lovely stay at Cathy’s House.
She has been a very kind and helpful host.
Her place is cozy and the bedroom comfortable. I particularly appreciated the private bathroom and the peaceful garden.

I came there a few days for my type rating ground school and came back for my base training. Joining the training center is a piece of cake.

I had the pleasure of staying with Cathy for three months during my type rating, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Her home is absolutely lovely—always spotless, with a spacious room that includes a private bathroom. There’s also a room with a desk, which was perfect for studying. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to everything in the charming village of Castle Donington. Cathy is incredibly warm, always cheerful, and ready to help with anything you might need. She made me feel right at home from day one, and I am so grateful for her hospitality. Highly recommended!

The accommadtion was very good and near to shops and my place off work, everyone was also very friends thanks to stayviation.

Very easy to use with a large selection of rooms. Each room has lots of information so that there are no surprises when you get there.

I look for the airport I'm staying at, set my dates and a list of available rooms is displayed. After my booking, the room owner contacts me directly to confirm the booking, what could be simpler?
