Very easy to navigate

Did it online, and it was very straight forward, i was able to get everything covered at a good price.

Was answered by a very friendly and helpful member of staff that answered all the enquires.

I purchased on line and found everything was straight forward
For me as a older person

I felt that I was Pressurized in to buying a more expensive Insurence,as there where only two policys to consider, I also note the staff member was in a rush, As I informed them I would need time to think about it, I was then told I had only a short time when the cost would change, which I had no time to consider which policy I would take. I don't think that I would use Staysure again, and would not recommend Staysure to my friends.

I was happy with the quote provided. However, I experienced difficulties when trying to log in to my account. Although I had completed all of the required details, including my credit card information, I was unable to access the documents that had been sent to my email.

Unfortunately, I did not find Patricia particularly helpful. She repeatedly read from what sounded like a GDPR script, explaining that because I was not the main policyholder she could not assist me. I found this contradictory, as I was able to complete the policy details and payment, yet I could not access my own documents.

Patricia insisted that my husband would have to call back. She advised that she was based in Spain, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she placed me on hold before returning and continuing to repeat the GDPR script. There was no explanation as to whether a supervisor was unavailable or any attempt to explore another solution.

I appreciate the importance of GDPR, but I feel Patricia could benefit from sounding less robotic and showing more empathy during customer calls. A more understanding and personable approach would have made the experience much more positive, even if the outcome remained the same.

WARNING! Our holiday went wrong from the very start, leaving us with serious, unexpected costs.
Contacted Staysure in writing weeks ago and originally by phone; got a curt response: "your NOT covered". What! They telephoned, and the lady constantly hid behind all of their clauses, refusing to pay out. All and any excuses NOT to honour their commitment to insurance. Just what do we pay insurance for?
