If you had let us know about this, we would have helped you. It is ok to cancel a purchase but then you must send us an email. And if you have not done so, then we have not been able to help you. Sorry to hear that you were unhappy.

I have waited more than a week for customer service to respond to my request to return an item. It is not good enough.
The site also recommended an item which was incompatible with another tool I bought, so not great on that score either.
Disappointing.

After a month I still have not received…
After a month I still have not received my package. I wrote an email to service but no replies. Then I called service and was told they had a problem with their shipping documents, and they will fix it. But after a week nothing happened. Really disappointed.

I have made an order and then everything goes wrong.
I have made an order. You have splitted shipping into two shipping packages without notifying me. When first come, I was thought that you didn't send me both ordered items. I was trying to contact you via phone/messegner/email, no response. Then suddenly I get second shipping with 12kg fire extinguisher (total mass around 20kg) without any protection, of course the item was broken, the valve handle was smashed... again I tried to reach you, these time I manage to get some email from you. The problem with broken item is still not solved two weeks after making an order.

Dette er noe vi informerer om da bestillingen legges, at det sendes ut fra to forskjellige lager. Dette var ikke tilfelle i din bestilling. Du bestilte to produkter begge ble sendt ut samtidig, fra samme lager. Du mottok produktet ødelagt, det ble ødelagt på vegen til deg. Det var pakket inn ordentlig men det virker ikke som at den kom frem slik den ble sendt. Jeg kan se at du fikk hjelp med å returnere det ødelagte produktet, vi stod for returfrakten og du fikk pengene tilbake. Jeg kan ikke se at du fikk en dårlig oppfølgning. Du fikk svar på alle mail du sendte inn og fikk en god oppfølgning. Det er så klart beklagelig at at produkt blir ødelagt på vegen til kunden, men jeg kan se at du fikk en god oppfølgning fra oss på service og kundeservice.

I have purchased several times at Staypro.no, it is very convenient and efficient. Sometimes there are items available that are difficult to find on hardware stores.
I have also used the customer service when one item was wrongly stated on stock, and I have to say I'm very satisfy with the professionalism and ways of working!
