Items come from Czech Republic - Return not accepted
Order bags 22-10-24 - shipped from Czech Republic to UK. Bags did not fit vacuum. Followed returns procedure which cost £11.50 to send back to them. Parcel was returned to us today 16-12-24 as Unclaimed. Now I have paid for price of bags and returning them. Will never use again. Avoid get ripped off do not use them.

No assistance to shipping trouble
My parcel didn't arrive, I receive a parcel without the ordered items. The seller doesn't care, they say it can't happen. He is not able to provide the transport tracking, and answer a should solve the problem with the carrier on my own. And finally, no longer answers my emails.
Service = zero.

Terrible products
Terrible products.
I own various hilti and festool vacs and ordered from this company numerous times. The majority of the time the bags fail and ruin my filters which are a lot of money. I've contacted them numerous times with a reply only once saying theyre not made for dust (?)
no help, no replacement, no refund. just a waste of time.
