I ordered 2 colour changing lipsticks. The company advised it had been delivered but I never received any package. When I queried they told me to look under the bushes in my garden!!!!!!!!!

There is no improvement to be had, you can't print that your return policy is saying one thing, but then to turn around and say something else. Than to offer be compensation ($6) knowing l would not pay for the return (serious money to return). So the company will not pay for the return, clothes were way off on their size, now stuck with them that l can never use. Never shop again here. Just to make this even better l had to convert to american from Canadian.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Dresses are very low quality. I contacted them right away to return and getting the run-around. They are not addressing my request for return and just keep repeating my order will arrive soon. I would leave zero stars if I could!

The product I received was of very inferior material and at least 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. I ordered a size large and the sweater was maybe and extra small. When I looked into the return/refund policies, firstly it was hard to find any information at all and when I did find the information I was looking for you had to pay the return costs and then only a credit note would be issued. I do not recommend this company nor would I purchase anything from them in the future. Very poor business practices.

I waited around two weeks for it to arrive but the wait paid off because it performs exactly as advertised. Still, clearer usage instructions would enhance user experience even more. Makes my daily routine easier, comfortable and surprisingly convenient.

Got this at a fairly low price and wasnt expecting much, but it turned out quite decent. Quality feels reliable enough for regular use, comfortable and very practical. Overall a good find, especially considering how inexpensive it was.

I received my order after about two weeks in sturdy packaging with no damage. The quality feels solid and comfortable, definitely matching the reasonable price I paid. Overall happy with my purchase, aside from shipping taking slightly longer than expected, but understandable for the price range.

Stay away from this company. They took my money, and after sending me multiple bogus "tracking updates" over a two month span, they just went away, stopped sending any kind of updates, and ignored my emails. In short, they took my money and ran. I now know what they're about, just want to let others know also.
