They are holding my funds for a week…

They push me to send them out my supplier information and in the meanwhile they have a database with supplier to offer out to other clients.
I have reversed the fund in another bank of the account holder and they have decided to hold the funds despite the transfer was marked as proceed(they transfer out from my own account and they dont release the informations where are the funds located).
I have denied their request and they keep holding my funds over 130K USD for a week now which are not related with the transactions at all.
I had to fill a complain for the Money Service Operator (it's not a bank they will open an account in another bank)
I strongly suggest to use Airwallex or OFX which are using the same DBS and are more competitive on FX exchange rate and cheaper on the single transaction fees and 0 monthly commmission.

Life Saver for Solo Entrepreneur

As a solo entrepreneur registering my company in Hong Kong, finding a bank account was quite difficult. I tried many providers and eventually came to Statrys. The process to get signed up took about 1 week and included a brief interview with a member of their team. Shortly after the account was approved and I could transfer money in.

Their offering of digital cards to make payments in multiple currencies is an amazing feature. Absolutely no time wasted, it took me about 5 mins to set up a card, fund it, and get my cloud provider paid. Excellent exchange rates also.

This is the sort of great new fintech business that really makes life a lot easier for people like me who don't have time for complicated unnecessary tasks.

I can't recommend this company highly enough.

The entire account opening process was easy, quick and done online. My company's bank accounts were approved and opened in a matter of days, compared to traditional bank account opening which will take weeks to months.

Excellent service - highly recommended

I've used Statrys to create a corporate account for a HK business and I'm extremely happy with them.

The account opening was extremely smooth, and my account was up and running within a handful of days. I have also been able to transact normally with the account.

I've been pleasantly surprised to be able to interact with actual humans in all my interactions with them. This is a key differentiator vs. other digital-native banking platforms.

Statrys the best option for small…

Statrys the best option for small business!

I tried other digital banks in Hong Kong and was often dissapointed. Statrys understands my company and me needs! Monthly comissions are decent. The Customer service is extremelly efficient.
I highly recommend Statrys if you're starting a new business!

The onboarding process was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the interface was exceptionally user-friendly.

The onboarding process was straightforward. The account interface is very effective for management. It is a truly multi-currency account.

I’m extremely impressed with Statrys

I’m extremely impressed with Statrys. I’ve had a Hong Kong business before, so I’m familiar with the typical setup process, requirements, and long turnaround times. Statrys made the entire experience seamless, efficient, and unbelievably easy.

I had an online meeting on a Monday morning and by the end of that same week my business was fully incorporated. The following week my bank account was approved — that timeline is almost unheard of in Hong Kong. I barely had to fill in any forms; Statrys handled everything.

The app is also excellent. It’s incredibly convenient to have all company documents, mail scanning, and the bank account in one place. On top of that, the service is very good value — I received other quotes that were several times more expensive for essentially the same offering.

All in all, if you’re considering setting up a Hong Kong company, just go with Statrys. You won’t be disappointed.
