Very helpful
Although I didn't initially receive a confirmation e-mail for my order, following a phone call to Statoys about my concern, I was quickly contacted back and communication from then on was good and as promised. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, my order was despatched shortly after and then promptly delivered.
